Abstract

La présente invention appartient au domaine technique des batteries, et divulgue un procédé de préparation d'une batterie à bloc souple de cobaltate de lithium et son application. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : préparer une barre d'électrode positive de cobaltate de lithium ; préparer une barre d'électrode négative de graphite ; préparer un film d'aluminium-plastique ; réaliser un criblage de barres d'électrode positive et négative, souder des languettes et enrouler une cellule de batterie ; emballer une batterie à bloc souple de cobaltate de lithium ; réaliser une injection de liquide, une étanchéité primaire, une formation et une étanchéité secondaire sur la batterie à bloc souple de cobaltate de lithium ; et réaliser une gradation de capacité sur la batterie à bloc souple de cobaltate de lithium pour obtenir la batterie à bloc souple de cobaltate de lithium. Le procédé de préparation d'une batterie à bloc souple de cobaltate de lithium dans un environnement de température ambiante de laboratoire selon la présente invention est simple en termes de fonctionnement, présente de faibles exigences d'environnement, peut être utilisé dans un laboratoire dépourvu de condition de salle de séchage, et présente des coûts de recherche et de développement réduits, et des coûts de maintenance de laboratoire réduits.
