Abstract
Sont divulgués ici un matériau résistant au frittage, son procédé de préparation et son application. Le matériau résistant au frittage comprend de l’oxyde de magnésium, un agent anticorrosion, un agent antioxydant et un liant ; l’agent anticorrosion comprend une poudre de barite et une poudre de graphite poreux, l’agent antioxydant comprend du carbure d’aluminium et une poudre d’aluminium, le liant comprend un chlorure de métal et un sol de silice, et les métaux dans la matière première sont tous raffinés à partir d’une solution de lixiviation d’acide chlorhydrique d’un laitier de four électrique. La présente invention utilise un agent anticorrosion pour améliorer les propriétés anti-corrosion du matériau résistant au frittage et l’augmentation de sa résistance, et utilise des agents antioxydants composés pour améliorer sa capacité anti-oxydation. En outre, le procédé de préparation de la présente invention améliore le taux d’utilisation des ressources du laitier de four électrique. Les éléments métalliques ayant les proportions les plus grandes dans le laitier de four électrique sont le magnésium et l’aluminium, de sorte qu’un oxyde de magnésium est utilisé comme matière première. De plus, d’autres sels de chlore lixiviés du laitier de four électrique par de l’acide chlorhydrique peuvent tous être utilisés directement ou indirectement, ce qui non seulement utilise des ressources, mais également résout le problème d’approvisionnement en matières premières.
