Abstract
La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier pour la production d'une pièce trempée sous presse, ayant une composition comprenant : 0,15 % ≤ C ≤ 0,22 %, 3,5 % ≤ Mn < 4,2 %, 0,001 % ≤ Si ≤ 1,5 %, 0,020 % ≤ Al ≤ 0,9 %, 0,001 % ≤ Cr ≤ 1 %, 0,001 % ≤ Mo ≤ 0,3 %, 0,001 % ≤ Ti ≤ 0,040 %, 0,0003 % ≤ B ≤ 0,004 %, 0,001 % ≤ Nb ≤ 0,060 %, 0,001 % ≤ N ≤ 0,009 %, 0,0005 % ≤ S ≤ 0,003 %, 0,001 % ≤ P ≤ 0,020 %, la microstructure étant constituée de moins de 50 % de ferrite, de 1 % à 20 % d'austénite résiduelle, de la cémentite, de sorte que la densité de surface de particules de cémentite de plus de 60 nm soit inférieure à 10∧7/mm2, le complément étant constitué de bainite et/ou de martensite, l'austénite résiduelle ayant une teneur moyenne en Mn d'au moins 1,1 * Mn %. L'invention concerne également une pièce en acier trempée sous presse obtenue par emboutissage à chaud de la tôle d'acier, et des procédés de production associés.
