Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'une tôle à haute résistance mécanique présentant une ségrégation améliorée en ce qui concerne la composition chimique de l'acier, en pourcentage en poids: 0,1% = c = 0,4% 4,2% = mn = 8% 1% = si = 3% 0,2 % = mo = 0,5%, le rappel étant constitué de fe et d'impuretés inévitables, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à recuire une tôle laminée constituée dudit acier en le faisant tremper à une température de recuit supérieure à la température de transformation ac3 de l'acier, en trempant la tôle en la refroidissant à une température de trempe qt entre les points de transformation ms et mf afin d'obtenir une structure contenant au moins 65% de martensite et au moins 20% d'austénite résiduelle, la somme des teneurs en ferrite et en bainite étant inférieure à 10% chauffer la feuille jusqu’à une température de surpaiement pt comprise entre 300 ° c et 500 ° c et la maintenir à cette température pendant une durée pt supérieure à 10 secondes et refroidir la feuille jusqu’à la température ambiante. Feuille obtenue.
