Abstract
La présente invention concerne une chaîne de traitement continue polyvalente pour le traitement thermique et le revêtement par immersion à chaud d'une bande d'acier. Ladite chaîne comprend : - une section de recuit (1) pour chauffer la bande d'acier jusqu'à une température de recuit prédéterminée et pour maintenir la bande d'acier à ladite température de recuit, - une première section de transfert (2), - une section de survieillissement (3) capable de maintenir la température de la bande d'acier entre 300 °c et 700 °c, - une seconde section de transfert (4) capable d'ajuster la température de la bande d'acier pour permettre le revêtement par immersion à chaud de la bande et, - une section de revêtement par immersion à chaud (5). La première section de transfert (2) comprend, en séquence, des moyens de refroidissement (21) et des moyens de chauffage (22).
