Abstract
L’invention que nous décrivons dans ce brevet se rapporte aux nouveaux procédés intégraux de traitement et valorisation de la graine constituant de la gousse de caroube: la graine de caroube, après traitement aqueux ou cuisson sous pression et température en système autoclave suivi de l’épluchage du tégument au moyen d’une grille munie d’une presse mécanique en inox, dans les conditions précisées dans ce travail, permet d’extraire le gélifiant commercial e410 dont les industriels du secteurs agro-alimentaire procèdent très souvent à son importation en particulier de l’europe.
