Dispositif et méthode pour le dosage de crème de levure, la crème de levure se trouvant dans un réservoir de transport échangeable (20) situé à l'intérieur d'un compartiment frigorifique (10), le réservoir étant relié à une ouverture de soutirage (27) par un passage de sortie (26) pouvant être ouvert et fermé par un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture (30).
