Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz izstrādājumiem, kas izgatavoti no dobumaina keramikas materiāla, un to ražošanas paņēmienu, kuru var izmantot tehniskās keramikas (ķieģeļu, bloku, dakstiņu un līdzīgu izstrādājumu) ražošanā.Ar šo izgudrojumu atrisinātā tehniskā problēma ir izstrādājumu radīšana no keramikas materiāla ar blīvumu 600–1600 kg/m3, kuriem vienlaikus ir spiedes stiprība 2,5–30 MPa. Paņēmiens ietver šūnstikla granulu ar izmēru 0,5–20 mm sajaukšanu ar gaissausu ķieģeļu mālu; maisīšanu, pakāpeniski pievienojot ūdeni, līdz iegūtas granulas, kas pārklātas ar mitra māla slāni; iebēršanu veidnēs un presēšanu ar spiedienu 10–25 kG/cm2, lai iegūtu mitras jēlsagataves; žāvēšanu un sauso jēlsagatavju termisko apstrādi 950–1100 °C temperatūrā, līdz notiek keramikas saistīšanās un šūnstikla pildvielas granulu šūnu struktūras iznīcināšana, lai iegūtu dobumaina keramikas materiāla izstrādājumu.Izstrādājumos, kas iegūti ar piedāvāto paņēmienu, dobumainā keramikas materiāla iekšienē ir vienmērīgi izvietoti dobumi, kuru izmērs ir 0,5–20 mm un kuri no iekšpuses ir pārklāti ar stiklveida materiāla slāni.
