Claims (25)

  1. 5 LV 12511 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Amortizējošs ieliktnis apavu izstrādājuma viduszolei, kas satur: ieliktņa pamatni; pirmo pamatnes daļas priekšpusei piestiprinātu, deformēties spējīgu amortizējošu elementu komplektu, kuriem katram ir plata pamatne un šaurāks 10 gals; otro pamatnes daļas aizmugurei piestiprinātu, deformēties spējīgu amortizējošu elementu komplektu, kuriem katram ir plata pamatne un šaurāks gals; vismaz vienu samazināta augstuma amortizējošu elementu, kurš ir 15 īsāks kā vismaz viens elements vai nu no pirmā, vai otrā amortizējošo elementu komplekta un kuram ir pamatne, kas ir mazāka par jebkura amortizējošā elementa pamatni pirmajā vai otrajā komplektā, un ir šaurāks gals, un kurš ir piestiprināts ieliktņa pamatnei starpā starp pirmo un otro amortizējošo elementu komplektiem. 20
  2. 2. Amortizējošs ieliktnis saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kur amortizējošajiem elementiem ir nošķeltu konusu forma.

Apavu izstrādājuma amortizējošā ieliktņa izgatavošanas paņēmiens, kas ietver: ieliktņa pamatnes, kam ir priekšējā zona un aizmugurējā zona, veidošanu; pirmā amortizējošu elementu komplekta veidošanu, pie kam katram elementam ir pamatne un šaurāks gals; otrā amortizējošu elementu komplekta veidošanu, pie kam katram elementam ir pamatne un šaurāks gals; samazināta augstuma amortizējoša elementa veidošanu, kurš ir īsāks kā vismaz viens elements vai nu no pirmā, vai otrā amortizējošo elementu komplekta un kuram ir pamatne, kas ir mazāka par jebkura amortizējošā elementa pamatni pirmajā vai otrajā komplektā, un ir šaurāks gals; pirmā amortizējošo elementu komplekta piestiprināšanu ieliktņa pamatnes priekšējai zonai, otrā amortizējošo elementu komplekta piestiprināšanu ieliktņa pamatnes aizmugures zonai un samazinātā augstuma amortizējošā elementa piestiprināšanu ieliktņa pamatnei starpā starp pirmo un otro amortizējošo elementu komplektiem.

Apavu izstrādājuma amortizējošās sistēmas izgatavošanas paņēmiens, kas ietver: starpzoles plātnes veidošanu, kurai ir daudzi šķēlumi pēdas purngala daļā; 3 LV 12511 viduszoles veidošanu no amortizējoša materiāla, kurai ir plāna purngala daļa un papēža daļā ir ligzda; amortizējoša ieliktņa veidošanu, kuram ir ieliktņa pamatne un ar ieliktņa pamatnes priekšējo daļu saistīts pirmais amortizējošu elementu 5 daudzums, ar ieliktņa pamatnes mugurējo daļu saistīts otrais amortizējošu elementu daudzums un vismaz viens samazināta augstuma amortizējošs elements, kas ir īsāks kā vismaz viens elements vai nu no pirmā, vai otrā amortizējošo elementu daudzuma un ir saistīts ar pamatni starpā starp tiem, pie tam katram amortizējošajam elementam ir pamatne un šaurāks gals, pie 10 kam samazinātā augstuma amortizējošā elementa pamatne ir mazāka par jebkura amortizējošā elementa pamatni pirmajā vai otrajā komplektā; viduszoles pievienošanu starpzoles plātnei un amortizējošā ieliktņa ievietošanu papēža daļas ligzdā; un lokanas ārzoles piestiprināšanu pie viduszoles un amortizējošā 15 ieliktņa.
