- LV 11446 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Ugunsdrošs panelis, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tajā ir vismaz viena loksne, kas satur stikla šķiedras slāni, piesātinātu vismaz ar viena veida ugunsdrošiem sveķiem bez šķīdinātāja.
- 2. Ugunsdrošs panelis pēc formulas 1. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sveķi ir uz fenolformaldehīda bāzes.
- 3. Ugunsdrošs panelis pēc formulas 2. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sveķi ir novolaksveķi LERIPHEN CM 1112.
- 4. Ugunsdrošs panelis pēc formulas 1. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tajā ir vismaz divas loksnes, kuras satur stikla šķiedras slāni piesātinātu ar vismaz viena veida ugunsdrošiem sveķiem bez šķīdinātāja.
- 5. Ugunsdrošs panelis pēc formulas 4. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tas satur vismaz vienu elementu, kurš sastāv no divām iepriekš minētām loksnēm un starp tām izvietotu alumīnija šūnveida struktūru.

Ugunsdrošs panelis pēc formulas 5. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka minētais elements satur papildus loksni, saturošu stikla šķiedras slāni, piesātinātu ar vismaz vienu ugunsdrošu sveķu veidu bez šķīdinātāja un kam ir vismaz viens silikonalumīnija šķiedru pildījums starp vienu no minētajām divām loksnēm un šo papildus loksni.

Paņēmiens ugunsdroša paneļa izgatavošanai, kurš satur vismaz vienu loksni no stikla šķiedras, atšķiras ar to, ka tam ir sekojošas fāzes: - vienmērīgi uznes ugunsdrošos sveķus pulvera veidā bez šķīdinātāja uz stikla šķiedras kārtas ne mazākā daudzumā kā vismaz 5 grami sveķu uz 100 gramiem stikla šķiedras, - kārtu presē un karsē līdz temperatūrai, kura mīkstina sveķus, tik ilgi, kamēr tie kļūst mīksti, - kārtu presējot atkārtoti pie sveķu strukturizēšanās temperatūras, iegūst minēto loksni.
- 8. Paņēmiens pēc formulas 7. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka ugunsdrošie sveķi ir fenolformaldehīda sveķi.
- 9. Paņēmiens pēc formulas 8. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka presēšanas un sveķu mīkstināšanas fāzi realizē pie temperatūras 80 - 100 °C un spiediena 1,5 - 2 atmosfēras 5-7 minūtes ilgi.
- 10. Paņēmiens pēc formulas 9. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka presēšanas un strukturizācijas fāzi realizē pie temperatūras 180 - 220 °C un spiediena 1,5-2 atmosfēras 5-7 minūtes ilgi. 2
