- LV 10070 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA Paņēmiens pulverveida ceolita, tipa 4A, iegūšanai, kurš ietver šķīduma, kas satur nātrija un alumīnija oksīdus un ko iesmidzina ar vienas vai vairāku sprauslu palīdzību, mijiedarbību ar šķīdumu, kas satur nātrija oksīdu un silīcija dioksīdu, hidrotermālo kristalizāciju un produkta atdalīšanu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka, lai vienkāršotu procesu, saglabājot produkta dispersitāti ne vairāk kā 3mkm un tā augstu kalcija apmaiņas kapacitāti, mijiedarbību realizē pie 70-80°C, iesmidzinot nātrija silikāta šķīdumu ar molārām attiecībām Na20:Si02=0,25-0,4 un H20:Na20=700-100 intensīvi maisītā alumīnija hidroksīda ražošanas pēc Baijera metodes šķidrā sārmainā atliekā ar molārām attiecībām Na20:Al203=l,3-2 un H2O:Na2O=20-35 un hidrotermālo kristalizāciju izdara pie 70-80°C.
