Abstract

Atskiestas natrio silikato tirpalas, esant 70-80 °C, tūtos pagalba smulkiai purškiamas ir įvedamas į atskiestą skaidrų šarmą, gaunamą gaminant Al(CH)3 Bajerio metodu. Savaime nusėdanti nuovarose medžiaga prie 70-80 °C brandinama tol, kol susidaro smulkaus kristalingumo miltelių pavidalo 4A tipo ceolitas, kurio granulometrinės sudėties d50 reikšmė neviršija 3 µm. Gauti tokiu būdu ceolito milteliaiiš esmės neturi grito ir nurodyto dalelių stambumo dėka tarp kitko gali pakeisti fosfatus skystose plovimo priemonėse.
