Claims (18)

  1. LV 10059 INHALATORS 5 PATENTA FORMULA 1. Inhalators aktīvas pulverveida vai šķidras vielas inhalēšanai no rezervuāra (22), kas satur kameru (10, 36, 38), kurā aktīvā viela var tikt iesūkta dispersā stāvoklī, un mutes daļu (24), ar kuras palīdzību 10 pacients (29) var ieelpot disperso aktīvo vielu no disperģēšanas kameras (10,36,38), atšķirīga ar to, ka disperģēšanas kamera (10, 36, 38) ir norobežota vismaz ar vienu sienas daļu (12), kas ir pārvietojama starp stāvokļiem, kuros kamera (10, 36, 38) sasniedz attiecīgi minimālo tilpumu un maksimālo 15 tilpumu, un ka ir pārvietošanas līdzeklis (16) kustīgās sienas daļas (12) novirzīšanai stāvoklī, kurā disperģēšanas kamera sasniedz tās maksimālo tilpumu, tā lai iesūktu aktīvo vielu no rezervuāra (22) disperģēšanas kamerā. 20
  2. 2. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kur disperģēšanas kamera (10, 36,38) ir piemērota, lai tiktu pievienota standarta inhalatoram (22).
  3. 3. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 1. vai 2. punktu, kas bez tam satur ventili i 25 (12, 28) disperģēšanas kameras (10, 36, 38) savienošanai ar apkārtējo atmosfēru tieši pirms vai kad minētā kamera sasniedz tās maksimālo tilpumu.
  4. 4. Inhalators, saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1. - 3. punktiem, kur 30 disperģēšanas kamera (10, 36, 38) satur cilindru (10) ar virzuli (12), kas tajā izveidots tā, lai būtu pārvietojams uz priekšu un atpakaļ.
  5. 5. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 4. punktu, kur virzulis (12) tiek atsperīgi novirzīts tā stāvoklī uz priekšu un kurš satur atbrīvojamu j 2 noslēgšanas līdzekli (18), kas ir piemērots, lai atbrīvots noturētu virzuli tā atpakaļ stāvoklī.
  6. 6. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 3. un 4. vai 5. punktiem, kur ir izveidota 5 vismaz viena caurejoša atvere (28) cilindra (10) sienā tieši virzuļa (12) iekšpusē virzuļa stāvoklī uz priekšu, kas savstarpēji savieno disperģēšanas kameru (10,36,38) ar apkārtējo gaisu.
  7. 7. Inhalators, saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1. - 6. punktiem, kur mutes 10 daļa (24) savienojas ar disperģēšanas kameru (10, 36, 38) caur vienvirziena ventili (26), kas ļauj gaisam plūst tikai ārā no disperģēšanas kameras (10, 36, 38).
  8. 8. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 7. punktu, kur mutes daļa ir savienota ar 15 izvadīšanas eju (25), kas ietver vienvirziena ventili (27), kas atļauj gaisam plūst tikai ārā no mutes daļas. 1
  9. 9. Inhalators, saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1. - 8. punktiem, kur disperģēšanas kamera (10, 36, 38) satur pievadkameru (36, 38), kas 20 piemērota savienošanai ar rezervuāru, un galveno kameru (10).
  10. 10. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 9. punktu, kur pievadkamera (36, 38) ir savienota ar galveno kameru (10) caur vienvirziena ventili (33), kas pieļauj gaisa plūsmu tikai no pievadkameras uz galveno kameru. 25
  11. 11. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 9. vai 10. punktu, kur pievadkamera (36, 38) ir noņemami pievienota galvenai kamerai (10).
  12. 12. Inhalators, saskaņā ar jebkuru no 9. - 11. punktiem, kur . 30 pievadkameras tilpums ir regulējams.

  14. 14. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 13. punktu, kas bez tam satur vismaz divas savstarpēji maināmas pievadkameras (36, 38), kam ir dažādi tilpumi un/vai forma.
  15. 15. Inhalators, saskaņā ar 4. punktu un jebkuru no 9. -14. punktiem, kur virzuļa (12) gājiens cilindrā (10), kas nosaka galvenās kameras lielumu, starp tā uz priekšu un atpakaļ stāvokli, ir regulējams.
  16. 16. Inhalators, saskaņā ar jebkuru no 9. - 15. punktiem, kur 10 pievadkamerai ir cilindriska sienas daļa, rezervuārs ir pievienots pievadkamerai caur eju, kas ir vērsta būtībā perifēriski attiecībā pret cilindrisko sienas daļu.
