Claims (5)
1. Procédé de préparation écologique pour les fibres alimentaires solubles et non solubles à partir de résidus de fruits et de légumes, lequel utilise des résidus de fruits et de légumes en tant que matières premières, les résidus de fruits et de légumes sont des résidus de fruits et de légumes qui ont été traités par inactivation enzymatique et dégraissage, dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) les résidus de fruits et de légumes sont séchés et écrasés pour obtenir une poudre de résidus de fruits et de légumes ; 2) en maintenant un rapport solides-liquide de 1 g/10-20 ml, la poudre de résidus de fruits et de légumes obtenue à l’étape 1) est mélangée avec une solution d’acide organique ou une solution d’acide inorganique à multiples éléments à une concentration en masse de 0,1~1,0 %, est hydrolysée avec un acide à 20~60° C pendant une période d’hydrolyse de 30-100 minutes, puis est filtrée, ce qui conduit respectivement à un résidu de filtration I et à un filtrat I ; 3) en maintenant un rapport solides-liquide de 1 g/1~2 ml (le résidu de filtration I est calculé sur la base du poids humide), une solution basique à une concentration en masse de 0,1-0,9 % est ajoutée au résidu de filtration I pour mettre en œuvre une hydrolyse basique à 10~50° C pendant une période d’hydrolyse de 10-50 minutes ; puis l’ensemble est filtré, ce qui conduit respectivement à un résidu de filtration II et à un filtrat IT ; 4) le filtrat I est mélangé avec le filtrat II, ce qui conduit à une liqueur mélangée, la liqueur mélangée est utilisée en tant que boisson électrolytique ; 5) en maintenant un rapport solides-liquide de 1 g/1~2 ml (le résidu de filtration II est calculé sur la base du poids humide), du peroxyde d’hydrogène à une concentration en masse de 14-16 % est ajouté au résidu de filtration II pour imprégnation pendant 60-90 minutes pour réaliser une décoloration, puis l’ensemble est réglé à un pH de 5-8, et est lavé à l’eau, filtré et séparé, et séché, pour obtenir des fibres alimentaires non solubles.

Procédé de préparation écologique pour les fibres alimentaires solubles et non solubles à partir de résidus de fruits et de légumes selon la revendication 1, dans lequel : les résidus de fruits et de légumes comprennent des résidus issus d’agrumes, de fruits à pépins, de fruits à noyau, de fruits à coque et de légumes.

Procédé de préparation écologique pour les fibres alimentaires solubles et non solubles à partir de résidus de fruits et de légumes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel : l’acide organique est l’acide citrique, l’acide malique, l’acide tartrique, l’acide oxalique, l’acide succinique, l’acide lactique ou l’acide acétique ; l’acide inorganique à multiples éléments est l’acide phosphorique.
