Abstract

The present invention discloses a harmless treatment device for medical waste, comprising a box body having hollow interior, upper end provided with a disposal port; lower end provided with a first door body capable of opening and closing; a sterilization chamber provided with a first division plate inside along the disposal port, first division plate dividing sterilization chamber into a first and second chamber, a spray sterilization device and ultraviolet sterilizer disposed in first chamber, exhaust gas purification device installed in second chamber; waste storage chamber, second division plate disposed between waste storage chamber and sterilization chamber, second division plate provided with opening, upper end and lower end of opening is respectively mounted with second door body and packaging bag, conveying device of packaging bag and bag sealing device fixed under conveying device. The device can perform harmless sterilization on medical waste and realize automatic sealing and packaging.

Description

HARMLESS TREATMENT DEVICE FOR MEDICAL WASTE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of waste treatment. More specifically, the present invention relates to a harmless treatment device for medical waste.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Medical waste refers to wastes that are produced in medical, preventive, health care and other related activities, and have direct or indirect infectivity, toxicity and other hazards. Medical wastes are divided into five categories, namely infectious waste, pathological waste, injurious waste, pharmaceutical waste and chemical waste. These wastes contain a large number of bacterial viruses, and have certain characteristics of space pollution, acute viral infection and latent infection. If medical wastes are not strengthened in management, discarded at will, mixed into domestic waste and dispersed into people's living environment, they will pollute atmosphere, water, land, and flora and fauna, cause the spread of disease and seriously endanger people's physical and mental health. At present, treatment devices used in most medical departments are relatively simple, and have mainly the following disadvantages: [0003] 1. It is impossible to eliminate the dangerous source carried by medical waste, and medical waste cannot be sealed and packaged, which may cause the risk of disease transmission and seriously endanger people's physical and mental health. [0004] 2. Traditional collection bucket for medical waste requires the staff to manually open the lid to carry out medical wastes, which is neither hygienic and nor safe, but also wastes time.
[0005] 3. Medical wastes cannot be classified and marked, so that medical wastes are basically mixed together, causing great trouble for later recycling and processing. [0006] Common treatment methods for medical wastes include: incineration, chemical sterilization, pressure steam sterilization, radiation sterilization, sanitary landfill, etc. For example, dozens or even hundreds of metal, "fly ash" and acid gases are released during the incineration process, which produces secondary pollutants such as toxic dioxins, and seriously affect human health. The sanitary landfill treatment for medical wastes needs to occupy a large amount of land, resulting in waste of land resources. Medical waste will inevitably cause secondary pollution of the environment, land and groundwater sources, and pose a hazard to human health due to high content of organic waste and difficult decompose characteristic.
DESCRIPTION
[0007] A purpose of the present invention is to solve at least above problems, and to provide, at least, the advantages that will be described later.
[0008] Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a harmless treatment device for medical waste, which is capable of performing harmless sterilization of medical waste and realizing automatic sealing and packaging.
[0009] In view of purposes mentioned above and other advantages, the present invention provides a harmless treatment device for medical waste, comprising: [00010] a box body having a hollow interior and an upper end provided with a disposal port; the lower end of the box body provided with a first door body that can be opened and closed; [00011] a sterilization chamber disposed at an upper portion of the box body, wherein a first division plate is vertically installed in the sterilization chamber near a side of the disposal port, and the first division plate divides the sterilization chamber into a first chamber containing the disposal port and a second chamber, a spray sterilization device which is installed in the first chamber, an ultraviolet sterilizer which is disposed on an inner wall of the first chamber, an exhaust gas purification device which is installed in the second chamber; [00012] a waste storage chamber disposed at a lower end of the sterilization chamber, a second division plate which is disposed between the waste storage chamber and the sterilization chamber, the second division plate provided with an opening, wherein the opening is connected with the waste storage chamber, and the upper end of the opening is provided with a second door body adapted to the opening, and the lower end of the opening is mounted with a packaging bag, a conveying device of the packaging bag, and a bag sealing device fixed under the conveying device.
[00013] Preferably, the harmless treatment device for medical waste also comprises a control mechanism including a controller and a plurality of touch switches disposed on the outer wall of the box body, and a time delay switch disposed at the second door body of the second division plate, wherein a plurality of touch switches and the time delay switch are respectively in communication with the controller.
[00014] Preferably, a fixed door and a sliding door are installed at the disposal port, the fixed door fixedly disposed at the disposal port, the fixed door having a hollow interior, wherein a guide rail is arranged on both sides of the inner part of the fixed door, the sliding door mounted on the guide rail and adapted to the sliding slot, the sliding door sliding on the sliding slot based on rotation of the guide rail; a driving device which is also installed in the fixed door, the guide rail connected to the driving device, the driving device comprising a micro motor, an infrared sensor and a power source, wherein the micro motor and the infrared sensor are respectively in communication with the controller, and the infrared sensor is configured to transmit a signal to the controller, and the controller is configured to control the rotation of the micro motor to control the opening and closing of the sliding door; a high temperature qlarm device which is disposed at a position of the upper surface of the box body near the disposal port, wherein the high temperature alarm device and the infrared sensor are respectively in communication with the controller, the infrared sensor is configured to transmit a signal to the controller, and the controller is configured to control opening and closing of the high temperature alarm device.
[00015] Preferably, the spray sterilization device comprises a liquid medicine tank installed at a bottom end of the first chamber; and a spray pipeline having one end connected with the liquid medicine tank, a circle of the spray pipeline arranged along a circumferential direction of inner wall of the first chamber, a plurality of through holes which are evenly spaced along the surface of the spray pipeline; and a water pump which is disposed at the bottom of the liquid medicine tank.

[00024] Second, the invention realizes automatic packaging and sealing of the medical waste packaging bag by providing a packaging bag, a conveying device of the packaging bag and a bag sealing device at the opening of the second division plate, instead of the traditional manual sealing method, avoiding the contact between the human body and the packaging bag, and further guaranteeing safety and sanitation of medical waste storage, and physical and mental health safety of relevant staff.

[00035] In the above technical solution, when the staffs puts the waste into the sterilization chamber through the disposal port, the spray sterilization device, the ultraviolet sterilizer 15 and the exhaust gas purification device disposed in the sterilization chamber work to sterilize the medical waste while the exhaust gas is purified in the first chamber 13. The box body 10 is made of a material that is resistant to ultraviolet rays to prevent ultraviolet leakage and cause harm to the human body. The medical waste in spray sterilization device installed in the first chamber 13 is sterilized by spraying sterilizing liquid, and the operation has the advantages of environmental protection, safety, simple operation, fast sterilization speed, good sterilization effect. And the medical waste can be further sterilized and disinfected by the ultraviolet sterilization device 15 to make the sterilization more thorough and to ensure the safety of the treated medical waste. The medical waste is put into the box body 10, and the gel medium is easily generated. A large amount of microorganisms such as mycelium can be found in the gel medium. If the gel medium is not purified, it is easy to cause secondary pollution. The gel medium generated by the medical waste in the first chamber 13 can be purified by the exhaust gas purification device installed in the second chamber 14 to avoid secondary pollution, prevent the pathogenic bacteria carried by the medical waste from transmitting into the air, and protect the physical and mental health of the staff.

When the sterilization is completed, the second door body is opened, and then the medical waste is put into the packaging bag through the opening 21, the packaging bag is transported downward by the conveying device of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is sealed by the bag sealing device 24. The automatic way is no need for personnel to pack the packaging bag, which is not only simple, convenient and fast, but also further protects the health and safety of the staff. The packaging bag adopts yellow special packaging for preventing leakage and anti-sharpening. The packaging bag is sealed for effectively insulating the contact of medical waste with the outside world, ensuring the safety and hygiene of disposal process for the medical waste.

A harmless treatment device for medical waste, being characterized in that, comprises: a box body having a hollow interior and an upper end provided with a disposal port; the lower end of the box body provided with a first door body that can be opened and closed; a sterilization chamber disposed at an upper portion of the box body, wherein a first division plate is vertically installed in the sterilization chamber near a side of the disposal port, and the first division plate divides the sterilization chamber into a first chamber containing the disposal port, and a second chamber, a spray sterilization device which is installed in the first chamber, an ultraviolet sterilizer which is disposed on an inner wall of the first chamber, an exhaust gas purification device which is installed in the second chamber; a waste storage chamber disposed at a lower end of the sterilization chamber, a second division plate which is disposed between the waste storage chamber and the sterilization chamber, the second division plate provided with an opening, wherein the opening is connected with the waste storage chamber, the upper end of the opening is provided with a second door body adapted to the opening, and the lower end of the opening is mounted with a packaging bag, a conveying device of the packaging bag, and a bag sealing device fixed under the conveying device.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 1, being characterized in that, the harmless treatment device for medical waste also comprises a control mechanism including a controller, a plurality of touch switches disposed on the outer wall of the box body, and a time delay switch disposed at the second door body of the second division plate, wherein a plurality of touch switches and the time delay switch are respectively in communication with the controller.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 1, being characterized in that, a fixed door and a sliding door are installed at the disposal port, the fixed door fixedly disposed at the disposal port, the fixed door having a hollow interior, wherein a guide rail is arranged on both sides of the inner part of the fixed door, the sliding door mounted on the guide rail and adapted to the sliding slot, the sliding door sliding on the sliding slot based on rotation of the guide rail; a driving device which is also installed in the fixed door, the guide rail connected to the driving device, the driving device comprising a micro motor, an infrared sensor and a power source, wherein the micro motor and the infrared sensor are respectively in communication with the controller, and the infrared sensor is configured to transmit a signal to the controller, the controller is configured to control the rotation of the micro motor to control the opening and closing of the sliding door; a high temperature alarm device which is disposed at a position of the upper surface of the box body near the disposal port, wherein the high temperature alarm device and the infrared sensor are respectively in communication with the controller, the infrared sensor is configured to transmit a signal to the controller, and the controller is configured to control opening and closing of the high temperature alarm device.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 1, being characterized in that, the spray sterilization device comprises: a liquid medicine tank installed at a bottom end of the first chamber; a spray pipeline having one end connected with the liquid medicine tank, a circle of the spray pipeline arranged along a circumferential direction of inner wall of the first chamber, a plurality of through holes which are evenly spaced along the surface of the spray pipeline; a water pump which is disposed at the bottom of the liquid medicine tank.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 1, being characterized in that, the exhaust gas purification device includes: a purifier fixedly disposed in the second chamber, a left end of the purifier being connected to the first chamber through a air duct; a blower fan fixedly disposed in the second chamber, the left end of the blower fan being connected to the purifier through a air duct; a ventilating window disposed on the right wall of the second chamber.
6. The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 1, being characterized in that, the opening of the second division plate is funnel shape that is recessed downward.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 2, being characterized in that, the conveying device of the packaging bag includes a frame fixedly disposed at a lower end of the opening, a roller motor mounted on the frame, and a bag conveying wheel mounted on the frame, wherein an output shaft of the roller motor is connected to the bag conveying wheel, and the roller motor is in communication with the time delay switch.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 1, being characterized in that, the bag sealing device comprises a guide post fixing seat, a cylinder bracket, a guide post, a cylinder, a moving plate, a first heating rod, a second heating rod and a fixing plate; wherein the guide post fixing seat, the moving plate and the fixing plate are sequentially connected by the guide post, the left and right ends of the cylinder are respectively connected to the guide post fixing seat and the moving plate by the cylinder bracket, the first heating rod is disposed on the moving plate, and the second heating rod is disposed on the fixing plate, wherein the disposed position of the second heating rod is opposite to the first heating rod.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 2, being characterized in that, an ink jet printer is installed in the waste storage chamber, wherein the ink jet printer and the touch switch are respectively in communication with the controller, the touch switch is configured to send a signal to the controller, and the controller is configured to control the ink jet printer for inkjet code on the packaging bag.

The harmless treatment device for medical waste according to claim 2, being characterized in that, the bottom of the box body corresponding to the position of the packaging bag is provided with a collecting box, a distance sensor which is disposed on the inner wall of the collecting box near the upper opening position, and the outer wall of the box body provided with a warning light in communication with the distance sensor, wherein the warning light and the distance sensor are respectively in communication with the controller, the distance sensor configured to transmit a signal to the controller, the controller configured to control the warning light to be turned on and off.
