Abstract

본 발명은 유전체 필터의 세라믹 몸체상에 입, 출력 및 결합캐패시터를 일체로 구현시키어 유전체 필터의 실장효율이 향상되고 생산원가가 절감되는 일체형 유전체 필터에 관한 것으로 그 기술적인 구성은, 세라믹 몸체(21)의 내측 중심부에는 단자부 삽입홈(22)이 일체로 천설되어 몸체 (21)및 삽입홈(22)의 외측면에는 전극(23)이 일체로 형성되며, 상기 세라믹 몸체(21)의 외측 중앙부에는 좌우로 각각의 유전체 공진기(20)를 구현토록 전극(23)이 제거된 개방면(25)이 형성되고, 상기 삽입홈(22)의 내측 중앙부에 형성된 개방면(25)의 좌우로 형성된 전극(23)사이에는 결합캐패시터(C)가 구현되며, 상기 각 유전체 공진기(20)의 저부에는 사각형의 개방면(25')이 형성되어 그 내측에 형성되는 전극(23')과 몸체 (21)상의 전극(23)사이에는 입,출력 캐패시터(c')가 각각 구현됨을 그 요지로 한다. 이에따라서, 세라믹 몸체상에 결합 및 입,출력 캐패시터(C)(C)가 일체로 구현되는 일체형 유전체 필터의 PCB 실장시, 별도의 접속단자 및 캐패시터와 같은 부품사용이 필요없게 되어 생산원가가 절감됨을 물론, 유전체 필터의 소형화가 가능하여 PCB 실장면적의 최소화로 전자부품모듈 자체의 실장효율이 가일층 향상되는 한편, 이로 인하여 생산성이 향상되는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 세라믹 몸체(21)의 내측 중심부에는 단자부 삽입홈(22)이 일체로 천설되고, 상기 세라믹 몸체(21)및 삽입홈(22)의 외측면에는 전극(23)이 일체로 형성되며, 상기 세라믹 몸체(21)의 외측 중앙부에는 세라믹 몸체(21)좌 우에 각각의 유전체 공진기(20)를 구현토록 전극(23)이 제거된 개방면(25)이 형성되고, 상기 삽입홈(22)의 내측 중앙부에는 전극(23)이 제거되는 개방면(25)이 형성되어 그 좌우로 형성된 전극(23)사이에는 결합캐패시터(C)가 형성되어 상기 결합캐패시터(C)가 세라믹 몸체 (21)상에 일체로 구현되는 구성으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 유전체 필터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 유전체 공진기(20)의 저부에는 사각형의 개방면(25')이 형성되어 그내측에 형성되는 전극 (23')과 몸체 (21)상의 전극(23)사이에는 입,출력 캐패시터(C)가 각각 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 일체형 유전체 필터.
