Abstract

테이프 레코더의 허브 로킹 해제 장치에 대해 개시한다. 개시된 테이프 레코더의 허브 로킹 해제 장치는, 데크에 회전가능하게 설치되고 모터에 의해 회전되며 해제편을 연동시키는 돌기가 형성된 캠기어와, 해제편에 일단이 결합되며 데크에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 슬라이드 플레이트와, 슬라이드 플레이트에 상측방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 슬라이드 플레이트의 이동에 따라 로킹부재를 일측방향으로 가압하는 해제핀을 포함한다. 이에 따라, 테이프 카세트가 데크에 안착될 때 발생되기 쉬운 밀림현상을 방지할 수 있게 되어, 테이프 레코더의 작동불량 및 소음을 방지할 수 있고, 제품의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따를 허브 로킹 해제 장치가 채용된 테이프 레코더의 분리사시이다.

제6도는 캠기어와 회전레버를 나타낸 평면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 테이프 카세트내에 설치되어 자기 테이프가 권회된 한쌍의 허브를 회전되지 않도록 탄력적으로 로킹시키는 로킹부재를 가압하여 그 로킹상태를 해제시키기 위한 테이프 레코더의 허브 로킹 해제 장치에 있어서, 상기 테이프 카세트가 수납되는 카세트 홀더를 데크상에서 승강가능하게 지지하고 일측에 고정핀이 돌출되어 있는 아암부재와, 상기 데크의 일측 측벽에 고정되는 고정플레이트와, 상기 고정플레이트에 회전가능하게 지지되며 일측단부에 경사면 및 이 경사면 끝에서 직하방향으로 형성된 수직면을 가지는 작동부재와, 상기 고정플레이트에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되고 상기 경사면과 수직면에 연동되는 연동편과 상기 고정핀을 로킹시키기 위한 로킹편 및 이 로킹편의 로킹상태 해제를 위해 형성된 해제편을 가지는 로킹부재와, 상기 작동부재와 상기 로킹 부재를 상호 끌어당기도록 연결하는 스프링부재와 , 상기 데크에 회전가능하게 설치되고 모터에 의해 회전되며 상기 해제편을 연동시키는 돌기가 형성된 캠기어와, 상기 해제편에 일단이 결합되며 상기 데크에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되고 상기 슬라이드 플레이트의 이동에 따라 상기 로킹부재를 일측방향으로 가압하는 해제핀을 가지는 슬라이드 플레이트가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 허브 로킹 해제 장치
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드 플레이트에 수직방향으로 관통된 복수의 슬라이딩 장공이 형성되며, 상기 데크에 상기 슬라이딩 장공에 결합되는 지지핀이 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 허브 로킹 해제 장치.
