Abstract

B' B2O6(B'은 Mg, Ca, Co, Mn, Ni, Zn 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 일종의 금속, B은 Nb, Ta 중에서 선택된 어느 일종의 금속)로 이루어지는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물이 개시된다. 이 유전체 조성물은 복합 페르보스카이트 구조의 화합물과 거의 비슷한 유전특성을 유지하면서도 소결온도가 낮고 조성이 단순하여 제조원가 절감이 가능하고 적층구조에 의한 유전체 디바이스의 소형화에 적합하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 일반식 B'B2"O6(B'은 Mg, Ca, Co, Mn, Ni, Zn 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 일종의 금속 : B"은 Nb, Ta 중에서 선택된 어느 일종의 금속)로 이루어지는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  2. 제1하에 있어서, 상기 유전체 조성물에 CuO, V2O5, La2O3, Sb|2O5, WO3, MnCO3, MgO, SrCO3, ZnO, Bi2O3중 적어도 1종을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 첨가량은 유전체 조성물의 전체 중량의 0.05~2.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  4. B'Nb2O6와 B'Ta2O6(B'은 Mg, Ca, Co, Mn, Ni, Zn 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 일종의 금속)가 소정의 몰비로 혼합된 고용체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 조성물에 CuO, V2O5, La2O3, Sb|2O5, WO3, MnCO3, MgO, SrCO3, ZnO, Bi2O3중 어느 하나를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 첨가량은 유전체 조성물의 전체 중량의 0.05~2.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, B'은 Zn임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, ZnNb2O6의 몰분율이 0.2~0.5의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 세라믹 조성물.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, B'은 Mg임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, MgNb2O6의 몰분율이 0.1 미만임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  11. 제4항에 있어서, B'은 Zn과 Mg의 2종 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
