Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 좌석에 설치하는 어린이용 의자에 관한 것으로서, 착석부(5)와 등받이부(6)를 구비한 버킷(2)과 상기 버킷(2)을 지지하고 자동차 좌석에 위치하면서 자동차 좌석에 고정되도록 한 기부(3)를 포함하고, 상기 버킷(2)의 경사가 보강재(3)에 요동하도록 설치된 너트(18)과 함께 작용하는 나사볼트(15)의 회전에 의해 변화가능하고, 등받이부(6)는 보강재(3)의 크로스멤버(25)와 함께 작용하는 슬라이딩 경로(23)에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 한 실시예에서 착석부(5)는 버킷(2)이 더 크게 경사질때 착석부의 크기가 증가하도록 보조 나사볼트(26)의 회전에 의해 전방으로부터 후방으로의 변위가 발생하는 슬라이딩부(33)를 포함하고, 변형예에서는 어린이용 의자는 동시에 서로 접근하거나 멀어지는 팔걸이를 한정하는 측면 프레임 요소(40)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 착석부(5)와 등받이부(6)을 구비한 버킷(2)과, 상기 버킷(2)을 지지하고 자동차 좌석(4)위에 위치하면서 자동차 좌석에 고정되도록 한 기부(3)를 포함하고, 상기 버킷(2)의 경사가 착석부의 저면과 기부사이에 설치된 나사볼트/너트 기구와 등받이부(6)가 기부에 대하여 슬라이딩 하도록 하는 유지수단(23, 25)에 의해 변화될 수 있도록 한 어린이용 의자에 있어서, 상기 나사볼트/너트 기구는, 빠른 피치이고 착석부의 앞부분(5a)에 설치된 조절부재(17)에 의해 구동되며, 회전을 위해 착석부의 저면에 고정된 베어링(14)과 착석부의 앞부분(5a)에 고정된 베어링(16)과의 사이에 설치되는 주 나사볼트(15), 및 상기 기부(3)에 요동하도록 설치된 주 너트(18,19)를 포함하고, 조립체 전체는 착석부(5)의 앞부분을 기부(3)에 대하여 상승시키거나 하강시킬수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지수단은, 등받이부와 일체이고 기부(3)의 크로스멤버와 함께 작용하는 두개의 슬라이딩 경로(23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착석부(5)는 슬라이딩판(33)을 포함하고, 상기 버킷(2)이 더 크게 경사질때 착석부의 크기가 증가하도록 상기 슬라이딩부(33)의 변위가 전방으로부터 후방으로 조절수단(15,17,19)에 의해 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 보조 나사볼트/너트 기구가 착석부 아래에 설치되어 착석부의 상기 슬라이딩판(33)을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보조 나사볼트/너트 기구는, 회전을 위해 착석부의 저면에 고정된 베어링(27)과 착석부의 앞부분(5a)의 경사부에 고정된 베어링(28)과의 사이에 설치되고, 상기 주 나사볼트(15)와 평행하고 주 나사볼트와 반대로 회전하도록 구동되는 보조 나사볼트(26), 및 착석부의 슬라이딩판에 고정된 너트(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이가 있는 피니언(29)이 주 나사볼트(15)의 단부에 설치되어 보조 나사볼트(26)의 단부에 설치된 기어휠(30)과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피니언(29)과 기어휠(30)이 착석부(5)의 저면에 고정된 베어링(14,27) 근처에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  8. 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 나사볼트(26)는 주 나사볼트(15)와 착석부(5) 사이에서 상기 주 나사볼트(15) 위에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  9. 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요추 지지부(53)가 슬라이딩 판(33)에 관절을 이루어 상기 슬라이딩부(33)의 전방으로의 변위 동안 등받이부와 착석부 사이의 각도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두개의 측면 프레임요소(40)가 각각 버킷에 고정된 상부 및 하부 액슬측의 각각의 버킷측에 설치되고 수직면내에 배치되어, 이들이 서로 접근하는 위치와 이들이 서로 멀어지는 위치 사이에서 회전하는 두개의 팔걸이 보강재를 한정하고, 이들 두개의 프레임 요소의 회전이 착석부의 앞부분(5a)에 설치된 하나의 보조 조절부재(52)에 의해 동시에 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 보조 조절부재(52)는, 상기 나사볼트(15)에 대하여 동축으로 설치되고 두개의 측면 프레임 요소(40)에 연결된 두개의 컨트롤 로드(45,46)에 연결된 회전 판(47) 상에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기부(3)가 금속 관형상 보강재 형태로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  13. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기부(3)가 성형된 플라스틱으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
