Abstract

자석의 회전 장치는 차량 바닥에 고정된 하부 기부 부재를 갖는다. 하부 기부 부재는 방사상 내측의 환형 융기부와 방사상 외측의 환형 함몰부를 포함한다. 환형 유지 부재는 방사상 내측부와 방사상 외측부를 포함한다. 방사상 내측부는 방사상 내측의 환형 융기부에 그 사이에서 환형 공간을 형성하는 방식으로 동심을 이루며 놓여져서 고정된다. 상부 기부 부재는 그 위에 좌석을 장착한다. 상부 기부 부재는 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 외측의 환형 융기부를 포함한다. 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부는 환형 공간으로 이격되어 삽입된다. 제1그룹의 롤링 볼은 방사상 외측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부 사이에 작동식으로 배열된다. 제2그룹의 롤링 볼은 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 외측부 사이에 작동식으로 배열된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 방사상 내측의 환형 융기부와 방사상 외측의 환형 함몰부를 가지며 고정 부재에 고정되도록 제작된 하부 기부 부재와; 방사상 내측부 및 방사상 외측부를 포함하며, 상기 방사상 내측부가 방사상 내측의 환형 융기부에 그들 사이에서 환형 공간을 한정하는 방식으로 동심을 이루며 놓여져서 고정되어 있는 환형 유지 부재와; 좌석을 장착하도록 제작되고, 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 외측의 환형 융기부를 포함하며, 상기 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부가 상기 환형 공간으로 이격되어 삽입되어 있는 상부 기부 부재와; 상기 방사상 외측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 내측 환형 함몰부 사이에 작동식으로 배열된 제1그룹의 롤링 볼과; 상기 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 외측부 사이에 작동식으로 배열된 제2그룹의 롤링 볼을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2그룹의 각각의 롤링 볼온 균일하게 이격된 간격으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방사상 외측의 환형 함몰부와 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부 사이에 자유롭게 동심을 이루며 배치되고, 상기 제1그룹의 롤링 볼들이 개별적으로 회전가능하게 수용되어 있는 동일하게 이격된 개구를 갖는 제1환형판 부재와; 상기 방사상 내측의 함몰부와 방사상 외측부 사이에 자유롭게 동심을 이루며 배치되고, 상기 제2그룹의 롤링 볼들이 개별적으로 회전가능하게 수용되어 있는 동일하게 이격된 개구를 갖는 제2환형판 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1그룹의 롤링 볼은 상기 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부 및 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부에 의해서 한정된 제1환형 안내 트랙에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2그룹의 롤링 볼은 상기 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부 및 방사상 외측부에 의해서 한정된 제2환형 안내 트랙에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1환형 안내 트랙은, 상기 방사상 외측의 환형 함몰부의 상면 상에 형성된 환형홈과, 상기 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부의 하면 상에 형성된 환형 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2환형 안내 트랙은, 상기 방사상 내측의 환형 함몰부의 상면 상에 형성된 환형홈과, 상기 방사상 외측부의 상향 만곡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  8. 제3항에 있어서 상기 제1 및 제2환형판 부재의 각각의 개구는 타원 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 개구는 대응 환형판 부재의 방사상 방향으로 길게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1환형판 부재의 각각의 개구는 제1환형판 부재의 두꺼운 주연부에 의해서 테두리를 형성하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2환형부판 부재의 각각의 개구는 제2환형판 부재의 두개의 두꺼운 부분에 의해서 샌드위치식으로 끼여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2환형부판 부재의 각각의 개구는 개구에서 방사상 외향으로 연장된 슬릿을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 기부 부재를 상기 하부 기부 부재에 대해 소정의 각도 위치에서 래칭해주는 래치 기구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 래치 기구는 상기 상부 기부 부재에 의해서 보유 지지되는 스프링 편의된 래치 부재와, 상기 환형 유지 부재에 형성된 노치들을 포함하고, 상기 기부 부재가 소정의 각도 위치로 회전될 때 상기 래치 부재가 상기 노치들 중 하나와 결합하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석의 회전 장치.
