Abstract

본 발명은 (1)뽕나무 톱밥을 포함하는 배지를 병모양의 용기의 목 바로 아래까지 가득 채우고 중앙에 구멍을 형성시킨 후, 상기 배지에 상황버섯 종균을 접종하는 단계; (2) 상기 접종된 용기를 마개를 막아 20-27℃에서 암흑 상태로 19-27일간 종균을 배양하는 단계; (3) 용기의 마개를 제거하고, 용기들이 위치한 주위 공간을 밀폐시키며 온도 22-25℃ 및 습도 70-80%로 유지하면서 상황버섯을 19-27일간 생육시키는 단계; (4) 용기의 목부분을 제거하고 성숙된 상황버섯을 1차 수확하는 단계; (5) 상기 용기들의 주위를 다시 밀폐시키고, 온도 22-25℃, 습도 70-80%로 유지시켜 상황버섯을 14-22일간 생육시킨 후 수확하는 단계로 구성되는 상황버섯 재배방법을 기초로, 상기 (3)단계의 주위공간을 비닐로 집단적으로 밀폐시키는 대신에 컵 형상의 캡으로 용기의 개별적 밀폐방식을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상황버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 상황버섯의 재배방법으로 천연산 자실체에 가까운 버섯을 고수율로 재배하는데 있어서 활착 및 재배상의 실패율을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 컵 형상의 버섯 재배용기의 개방부를 폐쇄시킨 상태를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. (1) 뽕나무 톱밥을 포함하는 배지를 병모양의 용기의 목 바로 아래까지 가득 채우고 중앙에 구멍을 형성시킨 후, 상기 배지에 상황버섯 종균을 접종하는 단계; (2) 상기 접종된 용기를 마개를 막아 20-27℃에서 암흑 상태로 19-27일간 종균을 배양하는 단계; (3) 용기의 마개를 제거하고, 용기들이 위치한 주위 공간을 밀폐시키며 온도 22-25℃ 및 습도 70-80%로 유지하면서 상황버섯을 19-27일간 생육시키는 단계; (4) 용기의 목부분을 제거하고 성숙된 상황버섯을 1차 수확하는 단계; (5) 상기 용기들의 주위를 다시 밀폐시키고, 온도 22-25℃, 습도 70-80%로 유지시켜 상황버섯을 14-22일간 생육시킨후 수확하는 단계에 있어서, 상기 (3)단계에서 캡으로 버섯 재배용기의 개별적으로 밀폐방식을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상황버섯의 재배방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (3) 단계의 밀폐용 캡이 컵 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상황버섯의 재배방법.
