Abstract

본 발명은 최근 대량으로 폐기되는 금속알루미늄 함유 폐기물, 예를 들면 알루미늄캔, 알루미늄 라미네이트 호일, 알루미늄 스크램, 알루미늄 칩 및 기타 금속알루미늄 함유(또는 수반)물질에서 금속알루미늄을 용이하게 고수율 또는 저렴한 비용으로 회수하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 기술적 구성은, 금속알루미늄 함유물질을 산소농도를 10용량% 이하로 하거나 또는 이산화탄소 가스분위기로 하고 또한 300∼600℃ 온도범위의 분위기로 한 노내에서 금속알루미늄 함유물질의 가연물질의 가연물질을 탄화시키고, 냉각 후 체로 치거나 자석을 이용하여 탄화물 및 철분을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 알루미늄원료의 회수법에 있다

Claims (3)

  1. 금속알루미늄 함유물질을 산소농도를 10용량% 이하로 하고 또한 300∼600℃ 온도범위의 분위기로 한 노내에서 가연물질을 탄화시키고, 냉각 후 체로치거나 자석을 이용하여 탄화물 및 철분을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생알루미늄원료의 회수법.
  2. 금속알루미늄 함유물질을 이산화탄소 가스분위기로 하고 또한 300∼600℃ 온도 범위의 분위기로 한 노내에서 가연물질을 탄화시키고, 냉각 후 체로 체로 치거나 자석을 이용하여 탄화물 및 철분을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생알루미늄원료의 회수법.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 금속알루미늄 함유 물질이 알루미늄 캔, 알루미늄 라미네이트 호일 알루미늄 스크랩, 알루미늄 칩 기타 금속 알루미늄 함유물질린 재생알루미늄원료의 회수법.
