Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. 차량용 안티-록 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 : 차량의 각 차륜용 브레이크와 : 각 브레이크와 연결되고, 수동 브레이크 활성 수단과 유체 교통하는 제1콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드와; 브레이크와 유체 교통하고, 상기 제1콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드로부터의 유체를 수용하는 제2콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드와; 콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드와 전기적 통신을 하는 전자식 콘트롤 모듈과; 각각의 차륜에 인접 설치되어, 인접 차륜의 속도 변화를 감지하여 콘트롤 모듈로 감지된 변경 속도를 전달하는 속도 센서와; 제1콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드로부터 제2콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드로 브레이크 유체를 전달하는 콘트롤 모듈과 전기적 통신을 하는 모터와 펌프 조립체를 포함하고; 모터와 펌프 조립체는, 전기 모터와, 제1콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드로부터의 브레이크 유체를 수용하여 브레이크 유체를 제2콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드로 전달하는 기어 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안티-록 브레이크 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어 펌프 수단은 제1 및 제2기어 펌프를 포함하고, 상기 기어 펌프의 각각은 전기 모터의 중앙 샤프트로 구동되는 구동 기어를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안티-록 브레이크 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중앙 샤프트는 상기 모터의 양 단부로부터 연장되고, 상기 제1 및 제2기어 펌프는 각각 상기 중앙 샤프트에 그리고 상기 모터의 제1 및 제2단부에 인접되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안티-록 브레이크 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중앙 샤프트는 모터의 적어도 한 단부로부터 연장되고, 상기 제1 및 제2기어 펌프는 나란한 관계로 모터의 한 단부에 인접된 샤프트에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안티-록 브레이크 시스템.
  5. 안티-록 브레이크 시스템에 브레이크 유체를 공급하는 모터 및 펌프 조립체에 있어서, 상기 조립체는 : 모터로부터 연장되고 그 중앙에 위치된 구동 샤프트를 가진 전기 모터와; 구동 기어와 아이들 기어가 콘트롤 밸브 매니폴드로의 압력하의 브레이크 유체를 공급하고 브레이크 시스템 활성 수단으로부터의 브레이크 유체를 수용하도록 공동작적으로 작동되며, 펌프에 장착된 아이들 기어를 구동하고 모터 구동 샤프트에 장착된 드라이브 기어를 각각 구비하는 제1 및 제2기어 펌프를 포함하며; 상기 브레이크 시스템에 브레이크 유체를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 및 펌프 조립체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동 샤프트는 모터의 양 단부로부터 연장하고, 상기 제1 및 제2기어 펌프는 각각 모터의 제1단부 및 제2단부에 인접되게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 및 펌프 조립체.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2기어 펌프는 상기 모터 샤프트의 제1단부에 나란히 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 및 펌프 조립체.
