Abstract
방향족 화합물 또는 방향족 화합물의 혼합물로부터 올레핀을 제거하는 천연사 스멕타이트의 용도가 기술된다. 천연산 스텍타이트는 이온 교환 가능한 A13+이온 및 보조적인 자유 A13+양이온으로 더욱 농후화될 수 있다.

제1도는 촉매 활성도를 평가하기 위해 공정시간에 대한 브롬화 지수를 보여주는 그래프이다.
Claims (12)
- 방향족 화합물 또는 방향족 화합물의 혼합물로부터 올레핀 제거용 천연산 스멕타이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 50 내지 200m2/g의 비표면을 가지며; (b) 40 내지 80㎎-equiv/100g의 이온 교환 가능한 양이온의 총 이온 교환 용량(IEC), 여기서 A13+이온은 5 내지 70㎎-equiv/100g, 알카리 이온은 2.0㎎-equiv/100g 미만, 알카리 토금속 이온은 50㎎-equiv/100g 미만의 이온 교환 용량을 차지하며; (c) 5㎎KOH/g 이상의 전체 산도를 가지며; (d) 자유 알카리 또는 알카리 토금속 이온의 백분율이 5㎎-equiv 미만임을 특징으로 하는 천연산 스멕타이트.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 0.1㎜보다 큰 입자 형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 천연산 스멕타이트.
- 이온 교환 가능한 A13+양이온의 함량이 천연산 스멕타이트보다 최소한 5㎎-equiv/100g, 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 방향족 화합물 또는 방향족 화합물의 혼합물로부터 올레핀을 제거하기 위한 천연산 스멕타이트 기초 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, (a) 50 내지 200m2/g의 비표면을 가지며; (b) 40 내지 80㎎-equiv/100g의 이온 교환 가능한 양이온의 총 이온 교환 용량(IEC), 여기서 A13+이온은 10 내지 70㎎-equiv/100g, 알카리 이온은 2.0㎎-equiv/100g 미만, 알카리 토금속 이온은 50㎎-equiv/100g 미만의 이온 교환 용량을 차지하며; (c) 10㎎KOH/g 이상의 전체 산도를 가지며; (d) 자유 알카리 또는 알카리 토금속 이온의 백분율이 5㎎-equiv 미만임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 이온 교환 가능한 A13+이온은 10 내지 30㎎-equiv/100g 임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항 또는 6항중 한 항에 있어서, 이온 교환 가능한 A13+이온에 추가적으로 표면, 구멍 및 중간 입자용적에 자유 A13+이온을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항 또는 7항중 한 항에 있어서, 0.1㎜보다 큰 크기를 가지는 입자 형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 천연산 스멕타이트 출발 물질이 이온 교환 가능한 A13+이온의 함량이 최소한 100㎎-equiv/100g 으로 증가되며 자유 A13+이온의 백분율이 보조적으로 존재하도록 양이 조절된 황산 알루미늄 용액으로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제4항 내지 8항에 따르는 촉매 제조 방법.
- 알루미늄염이 1 내지 5배의 몰 과다량으로 사용되며 A13+이온이 1가 및 2가 양이온에 대해서 교환이 이루어지며 이후에 촉매가 세척됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 4,5,6 또는 8항에 따르는 촉매 방법.
- 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, A13+이온이 농후한 촉매가 0.11㎜ 보다 큰 입자 크기를 가지는 과립으로 전환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 방향족 화합물 또는 방향족 화합물의 혼합물로부터 올레핀을 제거하는 청구범위 제4항 내지 8항 중 한 항에 따르는 청구범위 제9항 내지 11항 중 한 항에 따라 제조된 촉매의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
