Abstract
본 발명의 구조재는 당해 구조재 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르와 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중합체 혼합물을 20중량부 이상 함유한다. 당해 중합체 혼합물 중의 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르의 함유량은 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 함유량보다 많다.

Claims (17)
- 구조재 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르와 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중합체 혼합물을 20중량부 이상 함유하고, 당해 중합체 혼합물 중의 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르의 함유량이 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 함유량보다 많은 구조재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 혼합물이 염기와 친수성 용매를 함유하는 분해 용액에 의해 단량체 단위로 분해 될 수 있는 구조재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이, 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 상기 지방족 폴리에스테르를 3 내지 40중량부 함유하는 구조재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리에스테르가 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리카프로락톤디올, 폴리카프로락톤트리올, 폴리에틸렌 석시네이트, 폴리부틸렌 석시네이트 및 폴리락트산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것인 구조재.
- 구조재 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르와 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중합체 혼합물을 20중량부 이상 함유하고, 당해 중합체 혼합물 중의 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르의 함유량이 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 함유량보다 많은 구조재로부터 형성되는 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 폴리에스테르가 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리카프로락톤디올, 폴리카프로락톤트리올, 폴리에틸렌 석시네이트, 폴리부틸렌 석시네이트 및 폴리락트산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것인 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 구조재를 사용하여 형성되는 기재와 당해 기재상에 기록층을 갖는 기록 매체인 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 자기 테이프, 자기 디스크, 광자기 디스크 및 상변화형 광디스크로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 금속류를 함유하고 상기 구조재를 성형함으로써 형성되는 성형체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속류를 함유하고 일체 성형된 상기 구조재로 이루어진 성형부를 갖는 성형 모우터이고, 구조재가 무기 충전제를 함유하는 성형체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성형부가, 금속류를 덮는 내부 성형부와 당해 내부 성형부의 외측에 존재하고 그 최외부가 성형체의 최외부를 규정하는 외부 성형부를 갖고, 당해 내부 성형부가 상기 구조재로부터 형성되고, 당해외부 성형부가 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 성형재로부터 형성되는 성형체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속류 및 절연체를 함유하고 일체 성형된 구조재로 이루어진 성형부를 갖는 성형 모우터이고, 당해 절연체의 일부가 당해 성형부를 관통하여 당해 성형부의 표면에 표출되어 있는 성형체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 성형부가, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 성형재로부터 형성되고, 절연체가 당해 절연체 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르와 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중합체 혼합물을 20중량부 이상 함유하고, 당해 지방족 폴리에스테르가 폴리카프로락톤디올, 폴리카프로락톤트리올, 폴리에틸렌 석시네이트, 폴리부틸렌 석시네이트 및 폴리락트산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것인 성형체.
- 구조재 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르와 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중합체 혼합물을 20중량부 이상 함유하고, 당해 중합체 혼합물 중의 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르의 함유량이 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 함유량보다 많은 구조재를 염기와 친수성 용매를 함유하는 분해 용액에 , 당해 친수성 용매의 비점보다도 낮은 온도에서 침지시키는 단계를 포함하는, 구조재의 분해처리 방법.
- 성형체를 염기와 친수성 용매를 함유하는 분해 용액에 당해 친수성 용매의 비점보다 낮은 온도에서 침지 시키는 단계 및 성형체를 형성하는, 구조재 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르와 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중합체 혼합물을 20중량부 이상 함유하고, 당해 중합체 혼합물 중의 열가소성 방향족 폴리에스테르의 함유량이 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르의 함유량보다 많은 구조재의 일부 이상을 분해한 후, 금속류를 분리 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 적어도 금속류를 함유하고 당해 구조재를 성형함으로써 형성되는 성형체의 분해처리 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 친수성 용매가 물과 저급 알콜과의 혼합 용매인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 금속류의 분리 회수가 구조재가 습윤된 그 상태에서 행해지는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
