Abstract

본 발명은 -셀룰로오즈, -인산 및/또는 그의 무수물, 및 -물의 상기 구성분 94 내지 100중량%로 이루어진 광학 이방성 용액으로부터, 상기 용액을 압출한 후 형성된 압출물을 응고함으로써 셀룰로오즈 압출물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 후처리 후 상기 압출물이 적어도 7의 산도를 갖도록 압출물을 후처리하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 상기 방법으로 수득된 파이버는 특히 양호한 열 안정성을 가지며, 강화재로 사용되기 적당한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. -셀룰로오즈, -인산 및/또는 그의 무수물, 및 -물의 상기 구성분 94 내지 100중량%로 이루어진 광학 이방성 용액으로부터, 상기 용액을 압출한 후 형성된 압출물을 응고함으로써 셀룰로오즈 압출물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 후처리 후 상기 압출물이 적어도 7의 산도를 갖도록 압출물을 후처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오즈 압출물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 후처리 후 압출물의 산도가 적어도 8인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 후처리 후 압출물의 산도가 적어도 9인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압출물이 파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 강화 얀이 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 셀룰로오즈의 강화 얀을 포함하는 기계적인 부하에 가할 수 있는 고무 제품.
  6. 강화 얀이 제1항 지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오즈의 강화 얀을 포함하는 차량 타이어.
