Abstract
본 발명의 특허는 열방사에 의하여 상승된 온도에서 솔리드의 열분해를 위한 정적 용광로에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따른 열 방사 용광로는 솔리드 휘딩시스템, 동시에 가스/증기를 냉각시키는 시스템인 솔리드예열시스템, 열방사열분해를 위한 반응기, 솔리드열에너지회수시스템인 동시에 반응의 솔리드냉각시스템, 솔리드제품배출시스템, 열방사온도까지 용광로를 가열시키는 시스템, 반응기에서 형성된 가스/증기를 위한 가스/증기 수거시스템, 그리고 연소가 열방사를 위한 에너지원일 경우 후루가스 열회수시스템으로 구성되어 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 열방사에 의한 고온의 솔리드 열분해를 위한 정적용광로의 정면도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 용광로의 배면도이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 용광로의 평면도이다, 제4도는 제3도의 a-a선에 따른 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 솔리드를 용광로로 주입시키는 시스템, 솔리드 예열 및 형성된 가스/증기의 냉각용 시스템, 열방사에 의한 열분해를 위한 반응기, 솔리드제품을 냉각시키기 위한 나아가 반응솔리드제품으로부터 에너지를 회수하기 위한 냉각시스템, 솔리드제품을 배출시키기 위한 시스템, 용광로를 열방사의 온도까지 가열시키기 위한 용광로 가열시스템, 반응중 형성된 가스/증기를 수거하기 위한 가스/증기 수거시스템, 연소가 열방사를 위한 에너지원일 경우 플루가스에너지를 회수하는 시스템으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열방사에 의한 상승된 온도에서 솔리드의 열분해를 하기 위한 정적 용광로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 솔리드는 용광로의 상층부로 주입되며 중력에 의하여 아래로 이동방향을 따라 이동하면서 용광로에서 배출되는 데 각각 장치의 상충부에 있는 솔리드가 저장장치(1)에 의하여 그리고 용광로로 주입하는 메카니즘을 통하여 또 술리드를 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용광로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹플레이트(4)를 가열하기 위한 열은 완전히 밀폐되어 있으며 용광로의 반응장소로부터 격리된 방(5)에 있는 버너(3)에 의하여 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용광로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각은 온수나 증기의 발생을 가능케 하는 수벽시스템에 의하여 이루어지는데 수벽에는 수직적 배열의 튜버(6)가 핀과 같이 형성되어 수벽을 구성하며 하부 수헤더(8b)로부터 나와 용광로 내 솔리드제품으로부터 열방사에 의하여 열을 받는 물이 차 있으며 가열되거나 증기를 발생시키게 되고 이를 스팀 헤더(8a) 또는 상부 온수로 이전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용광로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 솔리드는 솔리드의 배출 메카니즘(7)에 의하여 허용되며 중력의 작용으로 하부로 이동하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 용광로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소실에서 형성된 후루가스는 용광로의 채널(9)에 모이게 되며 연소공기의 예열후에 대기중으로 빠져나가도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용광로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
