Abstract

본 발명은 차량, 특히 건설시계에 대한 구동장치에 관한 것이다. 하나의 디젤엔진(24)에 하나의 제어펌프(25), 하나의 제어모터(1), 하나의 공급펌프(26)로 구성된 유체정력학적 변속기가 연결되어 있다. 부하변속이 가능한 유성변속기(2)와 변속변환을 위하여 변속변환밸브(34,40)가 감안되어 있다. 하나의 제동변환밸브(30)에 의하여 하나의 브레이크(14)가 작동된다. 제동변환밸브(30)는 도관부(33,39)에 의하여 변속변환밸브와 연결되어 있다. 제동변환밸브(30)의 한 변환위치에서 하나의 축압기(37)는 압력된다. 또다른 변환위치에서는 하나의 연결이 축압기로부터 브레이크의 한 압력실(20)로 이루어진다. 정상주행에 있어서 축압기는 항시 압력매체로 채워진다. 브레이크 작동시에 조정가능한 잔유압이 항시 브레이크에 작용된다. 이것은 동력학적 제동을 위하여 감안되었다. 제동은 항상 보다 고단에서 행해지며 허용되지 않은 긴 지체시간치들이 저지된다.

2도는 변속과 제동을 위한 주요구성부품들을 갖춘 구동장치의 유압식 변속제어 약도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 하나의 제어펌프(25), 하나의 제어모터(1), 하나의 공급펌프(26) 및 부하변속이 가능한 변속기 특히 2단으로 된 유성변속기의 변속을 위한 변속변환밸브(34,40)와 브레이크 작동을 위한 하나의 제동변환밸브(30)를 가진 전기-유압식 변속기 제어장치로 구성되어 있는 구동력원(디젤엔진(24)과 유체변속기를 구비한 차량 특히 휠로더, 굴착기 볼도저와 같은 건설기계의 구동장치에 있어서, 제동변환밸브(30)는 도관부(33,39)에 의하여 변속변환밸브(34,40)와 연결되어 있으며, 제동변환밸브(30)의 한 변환위치에서 하나의 축압기(37)는 압력매체로 충진되고, 제동밸브(30)의 또다른 변환위치에서는 축압기(37)로부터 브레이크(14)의 압력실과 연결이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 공급펌프(26)로부터 하나의 연결도관(28)이 제동변환밸브(30)의 입구에 이르며 축압기(37)는 하나의 도관(36)에 의하여 도관부(33) 또는 (39)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 도관(36)에는 하나의 오리피스(38)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제동변환밸브(30)는 하나의 도관부(51)에 의하여 압력매체도관(52)에 접속이 되고 한쪽은 하나의 제동벨브(53)와 또 다른 쪽은 압력실(20)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 변속변환밸브(34,40)와 제동밸브(53)는 하나의 리턴(귀환)도관부(49)와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 제동밸브(53)는 핸드브레이크밸브에 의하여 조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 구동장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 변속변환밸브(34,40), 제동변환밸브(30) 및 제동밸브(53)는 하나의 일체형 밸브브록(66)내에 통합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 변속전환밸브(34,40)로부터 돌출된 압력매체도관(17,21)은 역지변(58,63)을 거쳐서 병렬 개방 오리피스(59,64)로 크러치(13)와 브레이크(14)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제동변환밸브(30)와 변속변환밸브(34,40)는 전기-자기식 작동 3/2-위치변환밸브로 구성되어 신호케블(32,35,41)에 의하여 하나의 전자변속기 제어장치와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제동변환밸브(30)와 변속변환밸브(34,40)는 무전류 상태로 압력매체관류를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 하나의 압력센서(43)는 압력매체도관(17,21)내에 작용하는 압력을 감시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 크러치(13)와 브레이크(14)의 공기빼기를 위하여 압력매체도관(17,21)내 압력이 불충분한 경우 변속제어장치(31)가 운행을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 제어신호케블(46)에 의하여 변속기제어장치에 접속이 되고 파킹브레이크램프가 켜져 있는 동안 변속변환밸브(34,40)를 무전류상태에서 변환이 되도록 하나의 신호를 전달하는 하나의 스위치(45)가 작동이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
