Abstract
본 발명은 분사기 노즐(19)과 관련하여 섬유 보강 재료(10)를 절단하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 그 장치는 적어도 2개의 이송 롤러(11,12)및, 복수의 나이프 수단(223)용 부착부를 구비한 실질적으로 원통형인 맨틀 표면이 제공된 회전형 커터(16)를 구비한다. 이들은 탄성 표면층(17a)을 구비하는 지지 롤러(17)와 상호 작용하여 섬유사 닙을 형성한다. 커터(16)의 맨틀 표면에는 섬유사(10)를 위한 슬롯형의 요홈(24)이 마련되어 있는데, 그 요홈은 맨틀의 표면을 따라 둘레 방향으로 나이프 수단(22) 사이에서 연장한다. 요홈들은, 섬유사의 절단 길이의 적합화를 위하여, 섬유사들이 이송 롤러(11,12)에 의하여 커터(16)의 속력으로부터 벗어난 이송 속도록 이송될 수 있게 한다.

Claims (4)
- 분사기 노즐(19)과 관련하여 보강 섬유 재료(10)를 절단하기 위한 섬유 재료절단 장치로서, 적어도 2개의 이송 롤러(11,12)및, 복수의 나이프 수단(22)용 부착부를 갖춘 실질적으로 원통형인 맨틀 표면이 마련되어 있는 회전형 커터(16)를 구비하고, 상기 나이프 수단들이 탄성 표면층(17a)을 구비한 지지 롤러(17)와 상호 작용하여 섬유사 닙을 형성하는 섬유 재료 절단 장치에 있어서, 상기 커터(16)의 맨틀 표면에 섬유사(10)를 위한 슬롯형 요홈(24)이 마련되어 있으며, 상기 요홈들은 나이프 수단(22) 사이에서 맨틀 표면을 따라 둘레 방향으로 연장하여, 섬유사 절단 길이의 적합화를 위하여, 섬유사가 이송 롤러(11,12)에 의해 상기 커터(16)의 속도에서 벗어나는 이송 속도로 이송될 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요홈들은 회전 방향으로 보았을 때 각각의 나이프 수단(22)의 후방측에 인접한 지점(25)에서 다음에 이어지는 나이프 수단(22)의 어느정도 전방에 있는 지점(26)까지 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지지 롤러(27)는 제어 수단(23)에 의하여 상기 커터(16)의 맨틀 표면상 지지 방향 혹은 그 반대 방향으로 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단(23)은 지지 롤러(17)의 탄성 표면층(17a)상의 마모를 보상하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초 출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
