항산화제로서 몰식자산 에스테르를 함유하는 저-투여 스테로이드 정제. 그의 제조방법 및 용도(LOW-DOSE STEROID TABLETS CONTAININING GALLIC ACID ESTERS AS ANTIOXIDANT AGENT. PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF SAID TABLETS. AND USES OF SAID TABLETS)

Claims (7)

  1. 균일하게 분사된 몰식자산 에스테르 및 스테로이드계 활성 성분을 함유하는 약제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 균일하게 혼합된 몰식자산 에스테르가 총 물질을 기준으로 계산하여 0.001 내지 5중량%농도로 사용되는 약제.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 스테로이드계 활성 성분이 시클로디올, 시크로트리올, 시프로테론 아세테이트, 에스트라디올 운데실레이트, 에스트라디올 벤조에이트, 에스트라디오 발레레이트, 에티닐에스트라디올, 게스토노르온 카프로에이트, 게스토덴, 히드록시프로게스테론 카프로에이트, 레보노르게스트렐, 메스테롤론, 메테놀론 아세테이트, 노르에티스테론 또는 노르에티스테론 아세테이트, 노르게스트렐, 프라스테론 에난테이트, 테스토스테론 또는 테스토스테론 프로피오네이트 또는 테스토스테론 에난테이트 또는 그의 혼합물인 약제.
  4. 스테로이드계 활성 성분과 병용되는 항산화제로서 몰식자산 에스테르의 용도.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 스테로이드계 활성 성분이 시클로디올, 시클로트리올, 시프로테론 아세테이트, 에스트라디올 운데실레이트, 에스트라디올 벤조에이트, 에스트라디올 발레레이트, 에티닐에스트라디올, 게스토노르온 카프로에이트, 게스토덴, 히드록시프로게스테론 카프로에이트, 레보노르게스트렐, 메스테롤론, 메테놀론 아세테이트, 노르에티스테론 또는 노르에티스테론 아세테이트, 노르게스트렐, 프라스테론 에난테이트, 테스토스테론 또는 테스토스테론 프로피오네이트 또는 테스토스테론 에난테이트 또는 그의 혼합물인 용도.
  6. 결합제 수용액에 항산화제를 용해시키고 분무시켜 투여 제형내 항산화제의 균질 분산액을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 약제의 제조 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 분무를 유동층 과립화기내에서 수행하는 방법.
