Abstract

본 발명은 흡수 구조물의 후방 절반 부분에 비교적 큰 중량의 흡수성 겔화 물질을 포함하는, 주로 누운 위치에서 사용자가 사용하기에 특히 적합한 흡수 구조물에 관한 것이다. 바람직하게는 총 흡수성 겔화 물질의 55중량% 내지 100중량%, 가장 바람직하게는 60중량% 내지 90중량%가 후방 절반 부분에 존재한다. 흡수 구조물의 태양에서, 코어의 후방 절반 부분의 평균 기본용량은 전방 절반 부분의 평균 기본용량의 1.1 내지 3배이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 하나 이상의 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질 층(64); 전방 횡방향 단부(7), 후방 횡방향 단부(9) 및 두 종방향 측면(13,13′)을 갖는 주변부(5); 전방 횡방향 단부(7)와 후방 횡방향 단부(9)의 중간에 위치한 횡방향 중심선(15); 횡방향 중심선(15)과 전방 횡방향 단부(7) 사이에 위치한 전방 절반 부분(17); 횡방향 중심선(15)과 후방 횡방향 단부(9) 사이에 위치한 후방 절반 부분(19); 및 흡수성 겔화 물질을 포함하는, 후방 절반 부분(19)에 위치한 흡수성 겔화 물질의 중량이 전방 절반 부분(17)에 위치한 흡수성 겔화 물질의 중량보다 믄 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성 겔화 물질의 55중량% 내지 100중량%가 후방 절반 부분(19)에 위치하고, 바람직하게는 흡수성 겔화 물질의 60중량% 내지 90중량%가 후방 절반 부분에 위치하고, 가장 바람직하게는 흡수성 겔화 물질의 65중량% 내지 80중량%가 후방 절반 부분(19)에 위치하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 후방 절반 부분(19)중의 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 중량이 전방 절반 부분(17)중의 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 중량보다 큰 흡수 구조물(3).
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 55중량% 내지 100중량%가 후방 절반 부분(19)에 위치하고, 바람직하게는 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 60중량% 내지 90중량%가 후방 절반 부분(19)에 위치하고, 가장 바람직하게는 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 65중량% 내지 80중량%가 후방 절반 부분(19)에 위치하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후방 절반 부분(19)중의 흡수성 겔화 물질의 평균 기분중량과 전방 절반 부분(17)중의 흡수성 겔화 물질의 평균 기본중량의 비가 1.1 내지 3, 바람직하게는 1.2 내지 3, 가장 바람직하게는 1.3 내지 3인 흡수 구조물(3).
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후방 절반 부분(19)의 평균 기본용량이 전방 절반 부분(17)의 평균 기본용량보다 큰 흡수 구조물(3).
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 후방 절반 부분(19)의 평균 기본용량과 전방 절반부분(17)의 평균 기본용량의 비가 1.1 내지 3, 바람직하게는 1.2 내지 3인 흡수 구조물(3).
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후방 절반 부분(19)중의 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 평균 기본중량과 전방 절반 부분(17)중의 섬유상 또는 발포성 흡수물질의 평균 기본중량의 비가 1.1 내지 3, 바람직하게는 1.2 내지 3, 가장 바람직하게는 1.3 내지 3인 흡수 구조물(3).
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수물질 층(64)위에 포획/분배층(69)을 포함하고, 이 포획/분배층(69)이 흡수 구조물(3)의 후방 절반 부분(19)에서 더 큰 부분에 대해 위치하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 포획/분배층(69)의 습식 압축성이 5㎤/g 이상이고 점적용량이 10g/g 이상인 흡수 구조물(3).
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 포획/분배층(69)이 화학적으로 강화된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 포함하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  12. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 포획/분배층(69)이 합성 공기접착 섬유를 포함하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  13. 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성 겔화 물질이 포획/분배층(69)의 아래에 인접하여 위치하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 포획/분배층(69)의 아래에 인접하여 위치하는 흡수성 겔화 물질의 기본중량이 50 내지 400g/㎡인 흡수 구조물(3).
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 길이가 50㎝ 이상인 흡수 구조물(3).
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성 겔화 물질이 5kPa(0.7psi)의 구속압력하에 23g/g 이상의 압력에 대한 흡수도를 갖는 흡수 구조물(3).
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성 겔화 물질이 4×10-7㎤/s/g 이상의 겔층 투과성 값을 갖는 흡수 구조물(3).
  18. 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 종방향 중심선(16)을 포함하고, 종방향 측면(13,13′)과 종방향 중심선(16) 사이의 거리가 횡방향 중심선(15)으로부터 후방 횡방향 단부(9)로 갈수록 실질적으로 단조롭게 증가하는 흡수 구조물(3).
  19. 액체불투과성 배면시이트(26); 액체투과성 상면시이트(24); 및 상면 시이트 (24)와 배면시이트(26) 사이에 끼인, 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 흡수 구조물(3)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 누워있는 성인 또는 누워있는 유아가 사용하기 위한 흡수제품(1).
