경화 플라스틱재료, 예를 들면 압출된 열가소성 플라스틱 탄성중합체의 자동차용 유리에 대해 프로파일의 개시단과 종단 사이의 접속을 형성하기 위해, 언더컷홈을 가지는 코드를 포함하는 경우, 해당 영역이 시일에 수직으로 슬라이드하지 않고 회전하는 절결된 롤러에 의해 형성된다.

Claims (12)

  1. 언더컷 또는 결합홈을 갖는 직선 홈을 생성하기 위해 물체 표면위에 놓이는 응고 플라스틱 재료의 셰이핑 방법에 있어서, 홈보다 국부적으로 좁은 단면을 가진 프로파일 셰이프된 다이가 재료에 도입되고 이후 다이에서 추출되고, 이 다이는 홈의 방향에 수직으로 회전 및 병진운동이 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 응고 플라스틱 재료의 셰이핑 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1운동은 물체의 표면을 향하는 병진운동이고, 이것은 회전운동 및 동시적으로 표면에 평행한 병진운동이 추종되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응고 플라스틱 재료의 세이핑 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2회전운동 및 표면에 평행한 병진운동은 다이의 이동이 홈의 저부를 따라 슬라이드 없이 일어나도록 상호 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응고 플라스틱 재료의 셰이핑 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 다이는 물체 표면에 대해 슬라이드 없이 회전하는 실린더형 롤러의 부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응고 플라스틱 재료의 셰이핑 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 물체의 표면에 있는 플라스틱 재료는 언더컷 또는 결합홈을 갖춘 홈을 가진 루프형 코드의 개시 및 단부 사이에 연결영역이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 응고 플라스틱 재료의 셰이핑 방법.
  6. 하측 몰드(14; 38, 65)에 대해 변위가능한 하측 몰드(14; 38, 65)와 상측 가압요소를 포함하는 제1항 기재의 방법을 행하는 셰이핑 장치에 있어서, 상측 가압요소(18;40;86)는 모점을 따라 원통형의 측면상에 비둘기 꼬리형(21, 43)의 다이(21, 43)를 포함하는 원통형 면으로 구성되고, 실린더 축에 대하여 회전가능하게 장착되고, 회전축은 자체적으로 평행하게 변위가능하도록 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이핑 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 하측 몰드(14) 또는 상측 가압요소에는 셰이핑의 끝무렵에 과잉의 플라스틱 재료를 절단하는 절단날(17;42)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이핑 장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상측 가압요소는 하측 톱니형 랙(79)과 상측 톱니형 랙(80)이 결합하는 톱니형 휠(80)이 배치되는 회전가능하게 장착된 축(85)상에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이핑 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상측 가압요소를 이송하는 장치가 지지하는 랙(79)중 하나는 고정되고 다른 랙(80)은 측방향으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이핑 장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 2개의 랙(79, 80)은 이들 길이방향으로 변위가능하게 장착되고 각각 구동요소(82, 89)에 의해 변위될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이핑 장치.
  11. 제6항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하측 몰드(65)는 피봇가능하게 장착된 플레이트(66)상에 배치되고, 셰이핑 후 플레이트(66)를 경사지게 할 수 있도록 플레이트(66)에 관절로 연결된 잭(68)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이핑 장치.
  12. 표면에 루프형으로 압출된 코드를 갖춘 창유리 등의 물체에 있어서, 코드는 언더컷을 갖는 단절되지 않은 홈을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물체.
