Abstract
Zn-X 합금 도금+크로메이트로 이루어진 염료 탱크용 표면처리 강판에서 도금 전체의 X 함유량이 Ni : 9 내지 18중량%, Co : 0.02 내지 3중량%, Mn : 25 내지 45중량% 또는 Cr : 8 내지 20중량%, 도금 부착량이 5 내지 40g/㎡, 금속 Cr 환산 부착량으로 10 내지 200㎎/㎡의 크로메이트 피막을 형성하고 적어도 탱크 내면측에 상당하는 Zn-Ni 도금 피막이 ① 표면에 균열이 있으며 이러한 균열 밀도가 1㎜×1㎜의 시야 내에서의 균열에 포위된 도금 영역이 개수로 나타내어, 1,000 내지 150,000개의 범위인 동시에 이러한 균열의 최대 폭이 0.5㎛ 이하이거나 ② ESCA를 사용하는 표면 분석으로 구한 X/(X+Zn) 원자 백분율 X2가 X1≠X2(단, Xi : 도금 피막 전체의 평균치)이며 Ni : 5 내지 25원자%, Co : 0.009 내지 10원자%, Mn : 15 내지 65원자% 또는 Cr : 5 내지 25원자%이다.

Claims (2)
- 도금 피막 전체의 합금 원소 X(X=Ni, Co, Mn 또는 Cr등)의 함유량이 각각 Ni : 9 내지 18중량%, Co : 0.02 내지 3중량%, Mn : 25 내지 45중량% 또는 Cr : 8 내지 20중량%, 한면당 도금 부착량이 5 내지 40g/㎡인 양면 Zn-X(X=Ni, Co, Mn 또는 Cr) 합금 전기 도금 강판의 적어도 탱크 내면측에 상당하는 도금 피막면위에 금속 Cr 환산 부착량으로 10 내지 200㎎/㎡의 크로메이트 피막을 형성한 표면처리 강판으로 이루어지고 적어도 탱크 내면측에 상당하는 도금 피막이 표면에 균열이 있으며 이러한 균일 밀도가 도금 피막표면의 1㎜×1㎜의 시야 내에서의 균열에 둘러싸인 영역의 개수로 나타내어, 1,000 내지 150,000개의 범위인 동시에 이러한 균열의 최대 폭이 0.5㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크용 표면처리 강판.
- 도금 피막 전체의 합금 원소 X(X=Ni, Co, Mn 또는 Cr등)의 함유량이 각각 Ni : 9 내지 18중량%, Co : 0.02 내지 3중량%, Mn : 25 내지 45중량% 또는 Cr : 8 내지 20중량%, 한면당 도금 부착량이 5 내지 40g/㎡인 양면 Zn-X(X=Ni, Co, Mn 또는 Cr) 합금 전기 도금 강판의 적어도 탱크 내면측에 상당하는 도금 피막면 위에 금속 Cr 환산 부착량으로 10 내지 200㎎/㎡의 크로메이트 피막을 형성한 표면처리 강판으로 이루어지고 적어도 탱크 내면측에 상당하는 Zn-X 도금 피막의 ESCA를 사용하는 표면 분석으로 구한 X/(X+Zn) 원자 백분율 X2가 X1≠X2(단, Xi : 도금 피막 전체의 평균치)이며 Ni : 5 내지 25원자%, Co : 0.009 내지 10원자%, Mn : 15 내지 65원자% 또는 Cr : 5 내지 25원자%임을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크용 표면처리 강판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
