- 제42항에 있어서, DNA-결합 도메인 및 전사 활성화 도메인이, 분리성 DNA-결합 및 전사 활성화 도메인을 가지는 전사 활성제로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 DNA 결합 도메인 및 전사 활성화 도메인이, 전사 활성제 GAL4, GCN4, LexA, VP16 및 ADR1으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
