Abstract
본 발명은 일체형으로 포트라이프의 제한이 없고, 게다가 밀착성·내열성이 뛰어난 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 20∼80중량부, 유변성 알킬드수지 80∼20중량부 및 증감제 2∼15중량부를 함유시키고, 필요에 응하여 아미노수지를 상기 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 및 상기 유변성 알키드수지의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 5∼20중량부를 함유시켜 이루어지는 자동차 반사경등의 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 용도로 적합하게 사용할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 일액형으로 포트라이프의 제한이 없고, 외관이 뛰어나 내열성 및 내수성도 충분하고, 또 밀착성이 뛰어나고, FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 용도에 적합하게 사용할 수 있고, 또한 자동차 반사경용도로 사용한 경우 금속광택·밀착성·내열성이 뛰어난 FRP용 금속증착을 형성할 수 있다. 게다가, 인쇄 분야에 사용하여 인쇄지를 보호하고 미장효과를 부여할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 20∼80중량부, 유변성 알키드수지 80∼20중량부 및 증감제 2∼15중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도액상조성물.
- 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 20∼80중량부, 유변성 알키드수지 80∼20중량부 및 증감제 2∼15중량부를 함유하고, 게다가 아미노수지를 상기 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 및 상기 유변성 알키드수지의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 5∼20중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화용 하도 액상조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물이 분자내에 3개이상의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유변형 알키드수지가 톨루유·야자유·대두유·사프라워유·아마인유·동백나무유·피마자유 및 이들유지의 지방산으로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종에 의해 변성되어 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 FRP 금속장착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물 고형분중의 유장이 35% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물.
- FRP성형체의 표면에, 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 20∼80중량부, 유변성 알키드수지 80∼20중량부 및 증감제 2∼15중량부를 함유하여 되는 조성물, 또는, 상기 조성물에다가 아미노 수지를 상기 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 및 상기 유변성 알키드수지의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 5∼20중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물을, 건조 막두께 10∼40㎛로 되도록 도포한 후, 70∼130℃의 온도에서 5∼25분간 예열하고, 그후 500∼5000mJ의 자외선을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물의 도장방법.
- 자동차 반사경용 FRP성형체 표면에, 분자내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 20∼80중량부, 유변성 알키드수지 80∼20중량부 및 중감제 2∼15중량부를 함유하여 되는 조성물, 또는, 상기 조성물에다가 아미노수지를 상기 분지내에 적어도 2개의 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 화합물 및 상기 유변성 알키드수지의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 5∼20중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물을, 건조 막두게 10∼40㎛로 되도록 도포한후, 70∼130℃의 온도에서 5∼25분간 예열하고, 그후 500∼5000mJ의 자외선을 조사하는 도장방법에 의해 도장하고, 경화시켜 형성된 FRP용 금속증착용 자외선경화형 하도 액상조성물의 도막위에 금속이 진공증착되고, 이어서 상기 진공증착된 금속위에 건조 막두께 3∼15㎛의 상도층이 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 반사경.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
