Abstract
본 발명은, 디스크(2)에 걸쳐진 캘리퍼(1); 자동차에 고정된 캐리어(2); 캘리퍼에 체결되고 피스톤(5)에 의해서 폐쇄되는 실린더(4); 원통형이고 서로 평행한 가이드핀(6, 7); 이들 가이드핀이 미끄럼 이동되고 캐리어에 설치된 보어(8, 9)에 의해서 부분적으로 형성되는 하우징으로 구성된 디스크브레이크에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라 그 길이의 제1 및 제2접촉부위(S1, S2)에 걸쳐서 제1부위는 각각 제1 및 제2내경(D1, D2)을 가지고 있으며 제2내경은 제1내경(D1)보다 더크며 더작은 직경(D1)은 이 보어의 개구부와 동일한 측상에 형성되어 있으며, 제1하우징에는, 제1보어(8)에 부가하여, 내측(130)으로부터 탄성중합체 재료로 이루어진 링(13)이 형성되어 있다.

Claims (3)
- 브레이크디스크(2)에 걸쳐진 캘리퍼(1), 자동차에 고정된 캐리어(3), 캘리퍼에 체결되고 피스톤(5)에 의해서 폐쇄되는 실린더(4)를 가진 가압수단, 제1 및 제2가이드핀이 각각 미끄럼 이동되고 이들 핀중의 적어도 하나는 영구적으로 캘리퍼에 고정되기전에 가이드핀이 디스크에 접한 방향(T)으로 서로로부터 이격되는 복수의 가능한한 위치를 채택하도록 하는 조정가능한 고정수단(12, 41)에 의해서 캘리퍼에 고정되고 가압수단이 작동될때 캘리퍼가 캐리어에 대해 미끄럼 이동하도록 하며 서로 평행하고 캘리퍼에 고정된 바운드끝(60)과 자유단(61, 71)을 각각 가진 제1 및 제2동일 원통형 가이드핀(6, 7)과 캐리어내에 설치된 각각의 제1 및 제2보어(8, 9)에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 형성된 제1 및 제2하우징으로 이루어진 가이드수단, 그 길이의 제1 및 제2인접부위(S1, S2)에 걸쳐 제1보어(8)가 제1 및 제2내경(D1, D2)을 각각 가지고 있고 이 제2내경(D2)은 제1내경(D1)보다 더크며 더작은 직경(D1)은 거기내를 관통할 때 제1가이드핀(6)이 먼저 마주치는 제1보어(8)의 2개의 부위중의 하나에 형성되며 디스크(2)의 양면(2a,2b)을 향하여 있으며 피스톤과 캘리퍼 사이에서 설치되고 가압수단이 작동될때 디스크에 가압되는 마찰패드(10, 11)로 구성되어 있는 자동차용 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 제1하우징에는, 제1부위(S1)와 접촉하고 제2부위로부터 멀리 떨어져 있도록, 제1보어(8)에 부가하여 내측(130)에서 제1보어(S1)의 연장부에 위치된 탄성중합체의 재료의 링(13) 형성되어 있으며 그 전체길이에 걸쳐 제2보어(9)는 상기 작은 직경(D1)과 동일한 직경인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1부위(S1)는 재2부위(S2)의 길이보다 더작은 길이인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항 또는 쟤2항에 있어서, 제2하우징은 제1링과 유사한 탄성중합체 재료로 이루어진 제2링(14)에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크 브레이크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
