Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 ブレーキディスク(2)を跨ぐキャリパ(1)と、車両に固定されたキャリ ヤ(3)と、キャリパに固着され、ピストン(5)によって閉鎖されたシリンダ (4)を備えた加圧装置と、加圧装置が駆動された時にキャリパをキャリヤに対 して摺動できるようにする案内装置と、ディスク(2)の両面(2a,2b)に 向かって指向し、ピストンとキャリパとの間に捕捉され、加圧装置が駆動された 時にディスクに当接される2つの摩擦パッド(10,11)とを包含しており、 この案内装置自体が、キャリパに固定される固着端部(60,70)及び自由端部 (61,71)をそれぞれ有する互いに平行な第1及び第2の同一の円筒形案内 ピン(6,7)と、キャリヤに設けた第1及び第2孔(8,9)によってそれぞ れ部分的に形成され、第1及び第2案内ピンがそれぞれ摺動する第1及び第2ハ ウジングとを含み、これら案内ピンの少なくとも一方が、この一方の案内ピンが キャリパに永久的に固定される前に該一方の案内ピンがディスクに対して接線を なす方向(T)において離間する複数の可能な位置を取ることができるようにす る調節可能な固定装置(12,41)によって、キャリパに固定され、第1孔(8 )がその長さにおける第1及び第2の連続した部分(S1,S2)にわたってそ れぞれ第1及び第2内径(D1,D2)を有し、第2内径(D2)が第1内径( D1)よ りも大きく、小さい方の径(D1)が、第1案内ピン(6)がその内部に入る時 に最初に出会う第1孔(8)の2つの部分のうちの一方に形成されている自動車 用ディスクブレーキにおいて、第1ハウジングが、第1孔(8)の他に、第1孔 (8)の第1部分(S1)の延長部に配置された弾性材料製のリング(13)の 内周部(130)から形成され、この内周部がこの第1部分(S1)に連続し、 第2部分(S2)から離れており、第2孔(9)がその全長にわたって前記小さ い方の径(D1)に等しい径を有することを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 2 請求項1記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、第1部分(S1)が第2部分( S2)の長さよりも小さい長さを有することを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 3 請求項1又は2記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、第2ハウジングが第1リ ングと同様な弾性材料製の第2リング(14)によって少なくとも部分的に形成 されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。
