Abstract
본 발명은 본질적으로 하기의 성분으로 이루어지고, 실온에서 측정된 밀도가 2.41g/CC이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내찰상성 유리를 제공한다.
SiO275.5∼85.5(중량%), RO 1∼8(중량%), R'2O 10∼23.5(중량%), RO+R'2O 11∼24.5(중량%), A12O30∼5(중량%), RO/R'3O(중량비)0.5이하 (단, R은 Mg, Ca로부터 선택된 1종 이상이고, R'은 Li, Na, K로부터 선택된 1종 이상이다).

Claims (8)
- 본질적으로 하기의 성분으로 이루어지고, 실온에서 측정된 밀도가 2.41g/CC이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내찰상성 유리; SiO275.5∼85.5(중량%), RO 1∼8(중량%), R'2O 10∼23.5(중량%), RO+R'2O 11∼24.5(중량%), Al2O30∼5(중량%), RO/R'2O(중량비)0.5이하 (단, R은 Mg, Ca로부터 선택된 1종 이상이고, R'은 Li, Na, K로부터 선택된 1종 이상이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 하기의 성분으로 이루어지는 내찰상성 유리 ; SiO275.5∼85.5(중량%), MgO 1∼7.8(중량%), CaO 0∼6.8(중량%), RO1∼7.8(중량%), Na2O 10∼22.5(중량%), K2O 0∼10(중량%), Li2O O∼10(중량%), R'2O 10∼22.5(중량%), A12O, 1∼5(중량%).
- 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 하기의 성분으로 이루어지는 내찰상성 유리; SiO279초과∼85.5(중량%), MaO 1∼6.7(중량%), CaO 0∼5, 가중량%), RO 1∼6.7(중량%), Na20∼19미만(중량%), KiO 0∼9미만(중량%), Li2O 0∼9미만(중량%), R'2O 10∼19미만(중량%), Al2O31∼5(중량%).
- 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 하기의 성분으로 이루어지는 내찰상성 유리; SiO275.5∼79(중량%), M901∼7.8(중량%), CaO 0∼6.8(중량%), RO 2.7∼7.8(중량%), Na2O 10.7∼17(중량%), K2O 0∼1이중량%, Li2O 0∼10(증량%), R'2O 10.7∼19.6(중량%), Al2O31∼5(중량%), RO/R'2O(중량%) 0.2∼0.5.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 하기의 성분으로 이루어지는 내찰상성 유리; SiO275.5∼79(중량%), M901∼7.8(중량%), CaO 0∼6.8(중량%), RO 1∼7.8(중량%), Na2O 5∼20(중량%), K2O 0∼10(중량%), Li2O 0∼10(중량%), K2O+Li2O 2.5∼1I(중량%), R'2O 10.7∼22.5(중량%), Al2O31∼5(중량%).
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 휘성지표치B가 6,00 0m-1/12이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내찰상성 유리(여기서, B=Hv/Kc,Hv는 비커스 경도, Kc는 파괴인성치).
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점성이 100포이즈로 되는 온도가 180℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내찰상성 유리.
- 제6항에 있어서, 점성이 100포이즈로 되는 온도가 1800℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내찰상성 유리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
