Abstract

유체 처리 장치는 입상 물질 또는 과립상 물질의 인접한 적어도 2개의 덩어리(A;B;C)를 통과하는 비연직 방향의 유체 통로부를 형성하는 용기(1)를 포함한다. 각각의 덩어리는 그 사이에 어떠한 분별 격자망없이 거의 연직 방향의 계면 영역에서 인접한 덩어리(들)와 직접 접촉한다. 이 장치는 분리 또는 건조 공기용으로 특히 유용하다.

Claims (14)

  1. 하나 이상의 유체를 처리하는 플랜트로서, 용기 속에 배치된 구분된 입상 물질 또는 과립상 물질의 인접한 2개 이상의 덩어리(A,B,C)를 통과하는 비연직 방향의 유체 통로부를 하나 이상 형성하는 용기(1)를 하나 이상 구비하며, 인접한 2개 이상의 덩어리는 거의 연직 방향의 계면 영역을 따라 서로 직접 접촉하며, 각각의 덩어리는 그 수평 두께 보다 약 4배 더 큰 최대 횡방향 치수를 가지는 플랜트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면 영역은 하나 이상의 평면 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계면 영역은 프리즘 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면 영역은 하나 이상의 곡면 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 계면 영역은 원통형 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 덩어리(A,B,C)는 공통의 대칭축을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  7. 제5항 및 제6항에 있어서, 상기 덩어리(A,B,C)는 동심상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1개 이상의 덩어리의 입상 물질은 유체의 하나 이상의 성분을 흡착하는 흡착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플랜트를 기류를 처리하는데 사용하는 방법.
  10. 입상 물질 또는 과립상 물질의 2개 이상의 인접항 덩어리를 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플랜트의 용기에 충전하는 방법으로서, a)각각 미리 결정된 높이를 가지는 2개 이상의 인접한 물질층을 층으로 동시에 침적시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 단계 a)는 거의 동일한 높이를 가지는 인접한 물질층의 적층체를 형성하기 위해 수차례 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미리 결정된 높이는 배출 장치의 연직 방향의 크기에 의해 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 배출 장치는 연직 방향의 모면(母面: generatrices)을 가진 하나 이상의 슬립 형상부(30)와 2개 이상의 물질 배출 부재(15,16;71,72,73)를 구비하여, 이 배출 부재는 상기 형상부의 상단부 가까이에서 형상부의 양쪽에서 나오고, 형상부와 함게 연직 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 배출 부재는 상기 슬립 형상부(30)의 상부 가장자리 아래에 배치된 하단부를 통하여 나오는 2개 이상의 파이프(15;16)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
