Abstract

합성 수지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 고성능의 저온건조형 고내식성 수계 수지 도료 조성물의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 에폭시 당량이 400-5,000, 분자량 800-6,000, 산가 30-120mgKOH/g, 수산기 함량이 1-10%인 에폭시 수지 CDGEBA; diglycidy(ether of bisphenol A); 수산기가 30-60mgKOH/g이고, 평균 분자량 300-3,000이고, 상기 수지의 고형분에 대해 5-50중량%의 카프로락톤 폴리올; 및 2-20중량% 범위의 반응 촉매를, 반응 조건으로는 80-200℃에서 5-15시간 반응시켜 음이온성 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트 합성 수지 조성물을 수득한다. 상기 합성 수지 조성물과 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시킨 후, 정수로 수용화 시키고, 상기 수용화 수지를 이용하여 착색 안료, 체질 안료 및 방청 안료를 포함하는 안료를 분산시켜서 저온건조형 고내식성 수계 도료 조성물을 제조한다. 건조성, 부착성, 내수성 및 저장 안정성 등 여러 가지 물성면에서 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. 에폭시 당량이 400-5,000, 분자량이 800-6,000, 산가 30-120mgKOH/g, 수산기 함량이 1-10%인 에폭시 수지 (DGEBA;diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A); 수산가 30-600mgKOH/g이고, 평균 분자량 300-3,000이고, 상기 수지의 고형분에 대해 5-50중량%의 카프로락톤 폴리올; 및 2-20중량%범위의 반응 촉매를, 반응 조건으로는 80-200℃에서 5-15시간 반응시켜 얻어지는 음이온성 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트 합성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비관능성 모노머, 카르복실시 머노머, 수산기 모노머, 아마노이드계 모노머 및 비아크릴 모노머를 포함하는 단량체의 함량이 상기 에폭시 수지에 대하여 10-50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온성 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트 합성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지가 합성수지 고형분에 대해 10-100중량% 변성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 수지 조성물.
  4. 에폭시 당량이 400-5,000, 분자량이 800-6,000, 산가 30-120mgKOH/g, 수산기 함량이 1-10%인 에폭시 수지 (DGEBA;diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A); 수산기가 30-600mgKOH/g이고, 평균 분자량 300-3,000이고, 상기 수지의 고형분에 대해 5-50중량%의 카프로락톤 폴리올; 및 2-20중량%범위의 반응 촉매를, 반응 조건으로는 80-200℃에서 5-15시간 반응시켜 얻어지는 음이온성 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트 합성 수지와 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시키는 단계, 정수로 수용화 시키는 단계, 이 수용화 수지를 이용하여 착색 안료, 체질 안료 및 방청 안료를 포함하는 안료를 분산시키는 단계를 포함하는 고내식성 수계 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 비관능성 모노머, 카르복실기 머노머, 수산기 모노머, 아마이드계 모노머 및 비아크릴 모노머를 포함하는 단량체의 함량이 상기 에폭시 수지에 대하여 10-50중량%인 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트된 음이온성 합성 수지와 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시키고 정수로 수용화 시킨 후, 이 수용화 수지를 이용하여 착색 안료, 체질 안료 및 방청 안료를 포함하는 안료를 분산시키는 고내식성 수계도료 조성물의 제조방법
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 합성 수지 조성물과 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시킨후, 합성 수지 고형분의 0.5-10중량%의 알콜계 용제를 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
