Abstract

본 발명은 저온건조형 고내식성 수계수지도료 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 수계 수지 도료는 건조성 부착성 내식성 내수성 및 저장안정성등의 물성면에서 취약한 결함을 나타내고 있다는 점을 해결하기 위하여 저분자량의 반응성 아크릴 올리고머를 새로운 합성 기술로 그라프트시킨 수계 수지 도료와 단량체들을 프리라디칼 개시제 존재하에서 DGEBE 에폭시 수지에 그라프트 시킨 도료 또는 그 제조방법이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 산가 5-50mgKOH/g, 수평균 분자량 2,500-25,000, 수산기가 10-80mgKOH/g, 유리 전이온도 0-100℃, 반응 조건으로는 온도 80-150℃에서 4-15시간 반응시킴으로써 완성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 수지 조성물.
  2. 산가 30-120mgKOH/g, 수산기 함량이 1-10% 범위인 반응성 아크릴 올리고머를 변성한 음이온성 합성수지와 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시키고 정수로 수용화시킨 후 이 수용화 수지를 이용하여 안료(착색 안료, 방청 안료, 체질 안료)를 분산시키는 고내식성 수계 도료 조성물 제조 방법.
  3. 청구 범위 제2항에 있어서, 반응성 아크릴 올리고머가 음이온성 합성수지 고형분에 대해 5-50% 변성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 수계 도료 조성물 제조 방법.
  4. 에폭시 당량이 400-5,000, 분자량이 900-6,000, 산가 30-120mgKOH/g, 수산기 함량이 1-10%, 수지 고형분에 대해 카프로 락톤 폴리올(수산기가 30-600mgKOH/g, 평균분자량 300-3,000), 5-50%, 반응촉매 함량이 2-20% 범위이고 반응조건으로는 100-200℃에서 5-15시간 반응시킴으로써 완성되어지는 것을 특징으로하는 음이온성 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트 합성 수지 조성물.
  5. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트된 음이온성 합성 수지와 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시키고 정수로 수용화시킨 후, 이 수용화 수지를 이용하여 안료(착색 안료, 체질 안료, 방청 안료)를 분산시키는 고내식성 수계 도료 조성물 제조방법.
  6. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지에 대한 단량체(비관능성 모노머, 카르복실기 모노머, 수산기 모노머, 아마이드계 모노머, 비아크릴 모노머)함량이 10-50%인 것을 특징으로하는 음이온성 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트 합성 수지의 제조방법.
  7. 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지에 대한 단량체(비관능성 모노머, 카르복실기 모노머, 수산기 모노머, 아마이드계 모노머, 비아크릴 모노머)함량이 10-50%인 에폭시-아크릴 그라프트된 음이온성 합성 수지와 아민 화합물을 상온에서 반응시키고 정수로 수용화시킨 후, 이 수용화 수지를 이용하여 안료(착색 안료, 체질 안료, 방청 안료)를 분산시키는 고내식성 수계 도료 조성물 제조 방법.
