Abstract
본 발명은 평판소자의 기판을 적재하는 개선된 세터를 개시한다.
종래에는 기판과 세터의 접촉면이 진공흡착과 Si 팔의 공유결합, 정전부착등에 의해 밀착되어 분리시키고 어렵고 손상이 발생되는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 고광택의 도전성 금속층을 세터 상면에 형성하여 공유결합과 정전 부착을 방지하여 기판을 손상없이 세터로부터 용이하게 분리시키도록 하였다.

Claims (3)
- 평판소자의 기판을 적재하는 팔레트로 사용되는 세터에 있어서, 상기 세터의 상면에 금속층을 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판소자의 기판 적재용 세터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 도전성 금속재질로 구성되어, 상기 금속층에 전류를 인가시킴으로써 상기 기판과 세터의 접촉면간의 정전기를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판소자의 기판 적재용 세터.
- 제1항 내지 제2항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 Aℓ의 증착으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판소자의 기판 적재용 세터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
