Abstract

구성을 간단히 하여 제조원가를 절감하고 전륜 구동 차량에 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 무단 변속차량을 제공할 목적으로; 엔진으로부터 출력되는 회전동력을 단속하면서 차량의 출발을 제어하는 동력 단속기구와; 상기 동력 단속기구 후측의 제1축과, 이와 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 제2축상에 형성되는 다수의 기어와 마찰부재로 이루어져 차량의 전후진을 제어하는 전, 후진 제어기구와; 상기 제2축의 후단부와, 상기 제2축과 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 제3축의 전단부에 배치되어 제2축의 회전 동력을 무단 변속하여 제3축으로 전달하는 무단 변속기구와; 상기 제3축으로부터 동력을 전달받아 디프렌셜로 회전동력을 전달하는 트랜스퍼 샤프트와;를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 무단 변속장치를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 제1실시예의 구성도, 제2도는 본 발명에 적용되는 풀리 직경 변위 발생수단의 구성도, 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 제2실시예의 구성도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 엔진으로부터 출력되는 회전동력을 단속하면서 차량의 출발을 제어하는 동력 단속기구와; 상기 동력 단속기구 후측의 제1축과, 이와 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 제2축상에 형성되는 다수의 기어와 마찰부재로 이루어져 차량의 전후진을 제어하는 전, 후진 제어기구와: 상기 제2축의 후단부와, 상기 제2축과 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 제3축의 전단부에 배치도어 제2축의 회전 동력을 무단 변속하여 제3축으로 전달하는 무단 변속기구와; 상기 제3축으로부터 동력을 전달받아 디프렌셜로 회전동력을 전달하는 트랜스퍼 샤프트와;를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동력전달기구는 토오션 댐퍼와 클러치로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전, 후진 제어기구는 제1축과 일체로 형성되는 동력전달부재의 전후측에 제1, 2마찰부재를 개재시켜 전, 후진 입력기어와, 상기 제2축에 배치되어 상기 전, 후진 입력기어와 치합되는 전, 후진 기어로 이루어지되, 상기 후진 입력기어와 후진 기어 사이에는 아이들링 기어를 개재시켜 형성함을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무단 변속기구는 각각 직경 가변이 이루어질 수 있도록 형성되어 제2축의 후단부와, 이의 제2축과 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 제3축의 전단부에 배치되는 구동 및 종동풀리와, 상기 풀리를 상호 연결하여 주는 벨트를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 동력 단속기구는 토오크 컨버터로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
