Abstract

컴팩트한 제작이 이루어지도록 함으로서 차량의 탑재시에 편리함을 도모하여 종치 F-F 차량에 장착상 편리함을 도모하기 위하여, 엔진의 출력상에 토오크 변동에 따른 출력축의 비틀림 진동을 흡수하는 토셔널 댐퍼와, 상기 출력축으로부터 전달되는 회전 동력을 무단변속하여 제1동력전달부재로 전달하는 무단 변속수단과, 상기 무단 변속수단으로부터 동력이 전달되는 제1동력 전달부재와 제2동력전달부재 사이에 배치되어 엔진의 구동력을 단속하는 출발 제어수단과, 상기 동기장치로 이루어지며 출발 제어수단으로부터 전달되는 동력을 차량의 전·후진이 가능하도록 제어하는 전·후진 제어수단과, 상기 전·후진 제어수단에서 동력이 전달되는 제3동력 전달부재와 연결되어 엔진의 구동력을 최종 감속하여 구동륜에 전달하는 종감속장치를 포함하는 차량용 무단 변속장치를 제공하는데 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 엔진의 출력상에 토오크 변동에 따른 출력축의 비틀림 진동을 흡수하는 토셔널 댐퍼와, 상기 출력축으로부터 전달되는 회전 동력을 무단변속하여 제1동력전달부재로 전달하는 무단 변속수단과, 상기 무단 변속수단으로부터 동력이 전달되는 제1동력 전달부재와 제2동력전달부재 사이에 배치되어 엔진의 구동력을 단속하는 출발 제어수단과, 상기 동기장치로 이루어지며 출발 제어수단으로부터 전달되는 동력을 차량의 전·후진이 가능하도록 제어하는 전·후진 제어수단과, 상기 전·후진 제어수단에서 동력이 전달되는 제3동력 전달부재와 연결되어 엔진의 구동력을 최종 감속하여 구동륜에 전달하는 종감속장치를, 포함하는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무단 변속수단은 엔진의 출력축상에 장착되며 외경가변이 이루어지는 구동풀리와, 상기 구동풀리에 벨트 전동되면서 외경 가변이 이루어지도록 형성되어 제1동력 전달부재를 구동하는 피동풀리를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 출발 제어수단은 클러치 수단으로 다판클러치로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전·후진 제어수단은 제3동력전달부재에 연동되는 클러치 허브를 포함하는 슬리이브의 전·후진용 클러치 기어가 배치되는 동기장치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 무단 변속장치.
