Claims (8)
- 가스입구 케이싱(1)과, 가스입구 측벽(5)을 갖는 가스출구 케이싱(2)과, 다수의 작동 브레이드(11)를 갖는 회전 터빈 디스크(10)와, 터빈 디스크의 회전면에서 축방향으로 약간 거리를 두면서 상기 터빈 디스크(10)의 축방향 영역에서 작동 브레이드(11)의 외부의 반경방향으로 배열되는 파단 보호링(8)을 포함하는, 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈에 있어서, 상기 파단 보호링(8)은 상기 가스출구 케이싱(2)의 가스입구 측벽(5)과 일체이면서, 필수적으로 반경방향으로 신장하고, 일부분으로 설계되며, 또한 상류측에 설치된 축방향 신장부(6)에 직접 또는 신장부를 통해서 가스입구 케이싱(1)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스출구 케이싱(2)의 상기 가스입구 측벽(5)은 상기 축방향 신장부(6)와, 상기 신장부에 주로 반경방향으로 신장하는 가스출구 연결부(7)와, 상기 신장부(6)를 상기 가스출구 연결부(7)에 연결시키는 상기 파단 보호링(8)을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스출구 연결부(7)는 상기 파단 보호링(8)에 대하여 원뿔식의 반경방향 외향으로 넓어지도록 설계하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스출구 케이싱(2)의 상기 가스입구 측벽(5)은 상기 축방향 신장부(6)와, 상기 신장부(6)의 하류측에 설치된 상기 파단 보호링(8)을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스출구 케이싱(2)의 상기 가스입구 측벽(5)은 사익 파단 보호링(8)과, 주로 반경방향으로 신장하는 가스출구 연결부(7)를 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파단 보호링(8)은 작동 브레이드(11)의 폭에 적어도 거의 상응하고 높이의 절반에 적어도 거의 상응하는 축방향 길이(17)와 반경방향 높이(18)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 파단 보호링(8)의 상기 축방향 길이(17)와 상기 반경방향 높이(18)는 작동 브레이드(11)의 각각의 폭과 높이에 거의 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 파단 보호링(8)의 상기 축방향 길이(17)와 상기 반경방향 높이(18)는 작동 브레이드(11)의 각각의 폭과 높이보다 더 크게 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 축류터빈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
