Claims (6)
- 반경류 컴프레서 임펠러를 구비한 터보 머신으로서,상기 컴프레서 임펠러는 상기 터보 머신의 베어링 케이싱(1)에서 지지되는 샤프트(2)에 장착되어, 볼류트형 플로우 덕트(9)가 있는 컴프레서 케이싱(3) 내에 배치되며, 상기 컴프레서 임펠러(3)의 허브(4)의 외측 윤곽(6)과 컴프레서 케이싱(8)의 내측 윤곽(7)은 축방향에서 반경 방향으로 편향되는 플로우 덕트(9)를 형성하고, 상기 컴프레서 케이싱(8)은 강성 고정 장치(18)에 의해 베어링 케이싱(1)에 체결되어 있는 터보 머신에 있어서,상기 컴프레서 케이싱(8)은 반경 방향(B)으로 외향하여 편향된 플로우 덕트(9)의 덕트 섹션(11)을 포함한 외측 와류형 케이싱(10)과, 이 와류형 케이싱(10)과 컴프레서 임펠러(3) 사이에 있는 내측 케이싱 삽입 부품(12)으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 내측 케이싱 삽입 부품(12)의 내측 윤곽(13)은 상기 컴프레서 임펠러(3)의 허브(4)의 외측 윤곽(6)과 함께 대체로 축방향(A)으로 연장하는 플로우 덕트(9)의 덕트 섹션(14)을 형성하며, 상기 와류형 케이싱(10)은 상기 케이싱 삽입 부품(12)을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 내측 실린더(15)를 갖도록 형성되며, 상기 케이싱 삽입 부품(12)은 축방향(A)으로 신축성이 있는 고정 장치(17)를 매개로 상기 내측 실린더(15)에 부착되어 중공 공간(16)을 형성하며, 상기 케이싱 삽입 부품(12)의 신축성 고정 장치(17)는 베어링 케이싱(1)에 대한 상기 컴프레서 케이싱(8)의 강성 고정 장치(18)보다 파괴에 대해 보다 덜 안전하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 머신.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컴프레서 케이싱(8)의 강성 고정 장치(18)는 베어링 케이싱(1)에 대해 와류형 케이싱(10)을 견고하게 플랜지 이음함으로써 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 머신.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱 삽입 부품(12)의 신축성 고정 장치(17)는 와류형 케이싱(10)의 내측 실린더(15)를 축방향(A)으로 통과하는 축경 감소부를 갖는 나사식 고정장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 머신.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와류형 케이싱(10)의 강성 고정 장치(18)를 위해 마련된 상기 베어링 케이싱(1)의 벽(19)은 컴프레서 임펠러(3)의 허브(4)의 외측 윤곽(6)의 외측 선단(20) 위까지 반경 방향(B)으로 하향 연장되어, 갭(21)을 형성하도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 머신.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 컴프레서 케이싱(8)은 편향 덕트 섹션(11)을 포함하는 외측 와류형 케이싱(10)이 강성 고정 장치(18)를 지나 반경 방향(B)의 내측으로 연장되는 동시에, 베어링 케이싱(1)에 조인트(22)를 형성하도록 외측 와류형 케이싱(10)에 의해 위치 설정되어, 상기 강성 고정 장치(18)가 상기 와류형 케이싱(10)과 베어링 케이싱(1) 사이의 조인트(22)보다 반경 방향(B)으로 보다 외측에 위치하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 머신.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 조인트(22)와 상기 샤프트(2) 사이의 거리는 와류형 케이싱(10)의 편향된 덕트 섹션(11)에 걸쳐서 최대 단면 영역(24)의 중앙부(23)와 샤프트(2) 사이의 거리보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 머신.
