Abstract
자유 라디칼 개시제 존재하에서 수성 용액내에서 수용성 아인산염과 수용성 푸마르산염을 반응시키면 상승효과가 있는 포스포노숙신산염과 중량으로 0. 1내지 5%의 1-포스포노-1, 2, 3, 4-테트라카르복시부탄의 혼합물이 생성된다. 이 혼합물은 물 시스템용 부식 및 침적 억제제로서, 또한 해교제 및 금속이온 봉쇄제로서도 통상적으로 제조되는 포스포노숙신산염보다 우수하며 말레산염/아인산염 반응 생성물보다도 우수하다

Claims (9)
- 자유 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 물 내에서 수용성 아인산염과 수용성 푸마르산 염을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 물 처리제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 아인산염을 중량에 기초해 80% 이상의 포스포노숙신산염 수득율을 얻기에 충분한 적정속도로 충분한 시간동안 개시제를 아인산염 및 푸마르산염의 혼합물에 가하되8% 이상의 인산염을 형성할 만큼 빠르지는 않게 가하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 자유 라디칼 개시제는 과산화 수소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 포스포노숙신산염과 혼합물 총중량에 기초하여 중량으로 0. 1내지 5%의 1-포스포노-1, 2, 3, 4-테트라 카르복시 부탄염과의 혼합물
- 제4항에 있어서, 중량으로 8% 이하의 인산염을 함유하는 혼합물
- 금속의 부식및 /또는 침적 석출을 억제하기 위해 제4항 및 제5항에 따른 혼합물 0. 1내지 300ppm을 가함을 포함하는 물시스템 처리방법.
- 제4항및 제5항에 따른 혼합물을 해교제 분량만큼 가해 액체 매질내의 미립 고체의 분산 또는 현탁이 응집되는 것을 방지하는 방법.
- 제4항 및 제5항에 따른 혼합물을 중량으로 0. 01내지 20% 포함하는 세탁제 제제
- 제4항 및 제5항에 따른 혼합물을 응집 억제 분량만큼 함유하는 물 내의 응고성 고체 입자들의 현탁물※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
