Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 정도측정을 위한 지그조립체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 시작자동차의 제작시 윈드글래스가 정확하게 조립되어 고정될 수 있도록 윈드글래스 설치부의 정도측정을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.
본 발명에 따른 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 구성은 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부를 세팅하기 위한 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 지그조립체에 있어서, 자동차의 차체프레임(1)내에 설치시 윈드글래스 설치부(14)와 동일한 크기의 구조틀프레임(10)을 형성하고, 상기 구조틀프레임(10)의 하면에 설치면인 기준면(12)을 마련하며, 상기 구조틀프레임(10)의 상면에 윈드글래스 설치면의 크기를 세팅하기 위하여 수지를 적층시켜 형성한 세팅면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 구조를 도시하는 개략도 및 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 지그조립체를 도시하는 사시도, 제3도(A)(B)(C)는 본 발명에 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 지그조립체의 제작방법을 도시하는 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 지동차의 윈드글래스 설치부를 세팅하기 위한 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 지그조립체에 있어서, 자동차의 골조프레임내에 설치시 윈드글래스 설치부와 동일한 크기의 골조프레임을 형성하고, 상기 골조프레임의 하면에 설치면인 기준면을 마련하여, 상기 골조프레임의 상면에 윈드글래스 설치면의 크기를 세팅하기 위하여 수지를 적층시켜 형성한 성형프레임을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 정도측정을 위한 지그조립체.
  2. 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부를 세팅하기 위한 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 지그조립체를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 베이스면상에 윈드글래스 설치부의 형상과 동일한 형상을 갖는 모형프레임을 마련하는 단계와; 상기 베이스면상에 마련된 모형프레임을 따라 이형재를 도포하는 단계와; 상기 이형재가 도포된 모형프레임에 수지를 적층, 경화시켜 윈드글래스 설치부의 성형프레임을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 세팅면상에 차체의 골조 프레임내애 설치시 윈드글래스의 설치부에 위치할 수 있도록 이와 동일한 크기로 구조틀프레임을 설치한 단계와; 상기 구조틀프레임의 상부에 기준면을 마련하는 단계와; 상기 구조틀프레임을 베이스면상에 형성된 모형프레임으로부터 탈형하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 윈드글래스 설치부의 정도측정을 위한 제작방법.
