Abstract
본 발명은 인터랩트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 비정상적인 입력 전압에 의한 과전압 및 과전류의 유입시 SMPS의 동작을 정지시켜 회로를 보호하는 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 인터럽트 발생부를 구성하여 과전압 또는 과전류의 유입시 이를 자동 감지하여 인터럽트 신호를 발생시켜 PWM 소자의 동작을 정지시켜 SMPS의 회로를 보호하는 것이다.

제1도는 종래 기술에 따른 100V계의 SMPS의 회로 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 회로도, 제2도는 본발명에 따른 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 100V계 SMPS의 회로 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 회로도, 제3도는 본발명에 따른 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 200V계 SMPS의 회로 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 회로도이다.
Claims (5)
- 교류 전압을 직류 전압으로 정류하는 제1정류부와, 상기 제1정류부에서 발생되는 직류 전압을 PWM 신호에 따라 스위칭하여 교류 전압을 발생하는 교류 전압 발생부와, 상기 교류 전압 발생부에서 발생되는 교류 전압을 정류하여 직류 전압을 출력하는 제2정류부를 포함하는 SMPS에 있어서, 상기 교류 전압 발생부는 PWM 신호를 발생하는 PWM 신호 발생부와, 상기 PWM 신호 발생부에서 발생되는 PWM 신호에 따라 직류 전압을 교류 전압으로 인버팅시키는 전압 변환부와, 초기 기동시 상기 PWM 신호 발생부에 기동 전압을 인가하는 분압 전압 발생부와, 상기 분압 전압 발생부에 발생된 분압 전압이 설정된 기준 전압과 다르면 인터럽트 신호를 발생하여 PWM 신호 발생부의 동작을 정지시키는 인터럽트 발생부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인터럽트 발생부는 전압 강하를 발생시키는 전압 강하수단과, 상기 전압 강하수단의 출력에 따라 PWM 신호 발생부의 동작을 정지시키는 스위칭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분압 전압 발생부가 저항으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전압 강하수단이 제너다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭부가 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 인터럽트 발생부를 갖는 SMPS.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
