Claims (4)
- 전원조정부, 교류전압 변환부를 포함하는 과전압 방지 전원회로에 있어서, 전원회로의 출력전압을 정류시키는 정류부와; 그 정류전압의 과전압상태를 체크하는 과전압 체크부와; 그 체크된 과전압에 의해 스위칭되는 스위칭부와;를 추가로 포함하고 있으며, 전원회로의 출력전압이 상기 정류부, 과전압 체크부 및 스위칭부를 통하여 전압조정기의 일단에 피이드백되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정류부는 2개의 분할저항(R8,R9)과; 스위칭 정류다이오드(D2)와; 서지전압을 제거하는 필터용 콘덴서(C9)와 방전저항(R7)을 직병렬 접속시켜 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과전압 체크부는 제너다이오드(D3)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭부는 바이어스 저항(R5,R6)에 SCR을 접속하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
