Claims (4)

  1. 전원조정부, 교류전압 변환부를 포함하는 과전압 방지 전원회로에 있어서, 전원회로의 출력전압을 정류시키는 정류부와; 그 정류전압의 과전압상태를 체크하는 과전압 체크부와; 그 체크된 과전압에 의해 스위칭되는 스위칭부와;를 추가로 포함하고 있으며, 전원회로의 출력전압이 상기 정류부, 과전압 체크부 및 스위칭부를 통하여 전압조정기의 일단에 피이드백되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정류부는 2개의 분할저항(R8,R9)과; 스위칭 정류다이오드(D2)와; 서지전압을 제거하는 필터용 콘덴서(C9)와 방전저항(R7)을 직병렬 접속시켜 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과전압 체크부는 제너다이오드(D3)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭부는 바이어스 저항(R5,R6)에 SCR을 접속하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 방지 전원회로.
